The Learning Resource Centre is a rich source of content for the academic as well as the professional community.

The LRC primarily serves the members of the ISB community. LRC also offers limited services for Alumni, Professional, Institutional and Corporate Membership, thus opening the doors to the wealth of knowledge available here. It provides library services and access to information that support and enhances their research, teaching and learning activities.

 

Alumni and Associate Alumni:

 

Key Features

> Alumni members are free to use LRC facilities whenever they are at Hyderabad/Mohali campus for reference. The alumni members need to carry their Identity cards whenever they visit LRC. 

> The use of LRC services would be purely for academic and reference purposes only. 

> The services, under no circumstances would be used for commercial purpose.  

Services

> Alums would be allowed to borrow up to two books at a time for three weeks.

> Reference Services.

Alumni Membership Fee

> INR 10,000 One-time Refundable Security Deposit 

> No Annual Membership fee 

> Total fee INR 10,000

Associate Alumni Membership Fee

> INR 10,000 One-time Refundable Security Deposit

> INR 2,500 Annual Membership fee 

> INR 100 ID card processing fee

> Total fee INR 12,600 (exclusive of GST applicable on annual fee and Card Processing fee)

Corporate Membership:

 

Key Features

> Only designated/nominated members are allowed.

> A minimum of 2 membership cards to be issued under Corporate membership. Additional cards to the maximum extent of 5 cards per membership can be issued by paying additional membership fee of Rs. 5000 for Corporate Membership.

> Members are requested to present their corporate ID card along with their membership card during their visit to ISB.

> Borrowing facility (All Corporates in the country are eligible to apply for membership, but the borrowing facility is restricted to Hyderabad/Mohali based Corporate Organisations)

Corporate Membership Fee

> INR 25,000 One-time Refundable Security Deposit

> INR 10,000 Annual Membership Fee 

> INR 200 ID card processing fee

> Total fee INR 35,200 (exclusive of GST applicable on annual fee and Card Processing fee)

Institutional membership:

 

Key Features

> Only faculty, research scholars and designated/nominated members are allowed.

> The membership is only for the 2 designated people of the organization.

> Two membership cards are issued to each Institute/organization.

Services

> Borrowing facility (All Corporates in the country are eligible to apply for membership, but the borrowing facility is restricted to Hyderabad/Mohali based Corporate Organisations)

Institutional Membership Fee

> INR 25,000 One-time Refundable Security Deposit

> INR 5,000 Annual Membership Fee

> INR 200 ID card processing fee

> Total fee INR 30,200 (exclusive of GST applicable on annual fee and Card Processing fee)

Process:

> The filled in Membership form along with the Membership Guidelines should be submitted to the LRC along with a DD/Cheque payable to the Indian School of Business to the address provided in the contact.

> Each Institute/Organisation is issued with a maximum of five Identity cards. Each card would be charged at Rs.100/-. Members should carry the Institutional identity cards at the time of visit to the LRC.

> We would intimate you one month in advance regarding the renewal of Membership. The Annual Membership charges are subject to change as per the changes in the policy.

Professional Membership:

 

Key Features

> Faculty Members, research scholars and Corporate Executives may opt for the Membership.

> Only the member would be able to use the Membership card.

Services

> Borrowing facility (All Corporates in the country are eligible to apply for membership, but the borrowing facility is restricted to Hyderabad/Mohali based Corporate Organisations)

Professional Membership Fee

> INR 10,000 One-time Refundable Security Deposit 

> INR 5,000 Annual Membership Fee 

> INR 100 ID card processing fee

> Total fee INR 15,100 (exclusive of GST applicable on annual fee and Card Processing fee)

Process

> A letter of introduction / recommendation from a competent authority, preferably Head of the branch / existing LRC Member / ISB Management Group / ISB Faculty member should be produced to apply for Membership.

> The filled in Membership form should be submitted to the LRC along with a DD/Cheque payable to Indian School of Business to the address provided in the contact.

> Each Professional member is issued with Identity cards. Each card would be charged at Rs100/-. Members should carry the identity cards at the time of visit to the LRC.

> We would intimate you one month in advance regarding the renewal of Membership. The Annual Membership charges are subject to change as per the changes in the policy.

Note: The Director - Learning Resource Centre has the right to approve the membership request based on the requirement and can cancel the LRC membership of any Member if found, violating the rules and regulations.
