The Advanced Management Programme in Public Policy (AMP-PP), is the flagship program of Bharti Institute of Public Policy, and has been developed at ISB in consultation with one of the world’s leading public policy schools; the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.

Bharti Institute of Public Policy aims to lead education and research in the domain of public policy. The Institute’s flagship program Advanced Management Program in Public Policy (AMPPP) is an inter-disciplinary course that caters to mid-career government and private sector professionals.

About CEE

THE CENTRE FOR EXECUTIVE EDUCATION (CEE) at the ISB conducts a variety of programmes for working professionals. Over the years, it has evolved into a hub of meaningful exchanges between business leaders and academia. Class Profile

AMPPP batches are thoughtfully designed to ensure a diverse, balanced student mix to maximise peer learning, exposure and to expand thought horizons. An AMPPP batch would comprise students from the civil services, the armed forces, the private sector, entrepreneurs and NGOs. Close interactions in the class and over group activities encourage exchange of ideas, thoughts and perspectives. This has the potential to sow seeds for and generate path breaking ideas and bring fundamental changes in outlook, approach and vision.

Admissions

Applicants to Advanced Management Programme in Public Policy are both from the Public Sector and Private Sector. We at the school generate ideas and bring them into the classroom, where we train the next generation of leaders for public service. We also test our ideas in practice. Our faculty is engaged in the affairs of the world, shaping public policy, advising governments, and running major non-profit organisations.

Scholarships

To reward exceptional applicants and to support deserving candidates with limited financial resources, the Indian School of Business awards tuition fee waivers. The scholarships are awarded to candidates during admission or after enrolment, at the discretion of the AdCom.

-> Candidates have to submit an essay and proof of income to be eligible for the need-based waiver.

-> All tuition waivers will be adjusted against the payable tuition fee and will not be disbursed directly to the student

FAQ'S

Fees and Financing

How many students will be admitted for PGP?

If I am unable to join the programme after accepting the admission offer and paying the admission fee will the admission fee be refunded?
No. The admission fee is non-refundable.

Do we have a Financing options from Financial Institutions?

Yes we have a tie-up with Axis Bank, CREDILA ( a subsidiary of HDFC limited ) and AVANSE  ( a subsidiary of DHFL limited) for educational loan.
If I decide to withdraw from the programme, can I get my tuition refunded?
It depends on the timing of your decision. The refund is governed by the refund policy prevailing at that time. Please check the refund policy section for details.

What is your refund policy?

In case a student has to withdraw from the programme for either academic, personal or administrative reasons, the student will receive pro-rated refund for only the remaining terms to the extent that the student has paid for those terms in advance. No refund will be granted for the terms which have already commenced or have been completed. The programme office reserves the right to deduct additional amounts which have been paid in advance to vendors for boarding and lodging, etc. which cannot be recovered by ISB even though the participant has not attended the terms for which these expenses were incurred in advance.
