The pandemic has created unprecedented challenges for small business owners.  The Indian School of Business, in partnership with Goldman Sachs, has designed this course to help Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women graduates reorient their businesses and adapt towards newly inspired futures.

How does this programme help?

This programme will introduce methods and models that will help 10,000 Women graduates to lead their teams through the COVID-19 crisis. Packed with concrete action items and extensive research, the programme will aid in re-looking at your business and adapting to the new normal. This programme incorporates a synchronous learning experience by our global faculty and industry experts. This will help to make businesses future-ready.

Virtual Classrooms

Experience a new way of immersive learning through group discussions, case reviews, peer networking, and engaging dialogues. Each session will be for 2 hours for alternative days in a week.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This programme has been exclusively developed for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women graduates to help them thrive in a post-pandemic world. The curriculum has been developed with the expertise of the ISB faculty, who have significant business and academic experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate of 10,000 Women (ISB/ Online / IIM-B)
  • Owner or co-owner of the business with decision-making authority in the business
  • The business has operated for at least three years
  • Indicative annual revenue of INR 25 lacs and above, with a preference for those who have shown growth since Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women
  • Minimum 20% ownership of the business

Learning Module

The sessions will be delivered online for over 5 weeks. You will explore questions like how to adapt to the new normal and what is the best approach to re-look at the business through post COVID-19 lens. The programme aims to stimulate you to develop a value proposition by focusing on building leadership capabilities, leveraging marketing and finance during the crisis, harnessing the power of digital marketing, etc. This will prepare you to help make your enterprise future-ready and create a powerful advisory board that will have a significant long-term business impact. 

Group Coaching

The purpose of the group coaching session is to provide you the opportunity to bring to the table a key problem, challenge, or opportunity that you are facing with regard to your business. During the coaching session, you would benefit from the questions and insights of the coach and from the experiences and suggestions provided by members of the group. The interaction would provide feedback and direction to the next step. The outcome would be for you to leave with greater clarity, confidence, and possibilities on how you can move forward

Capstone Presentation

You would be expected to make a 20 mins presentation on how you would strengthen your business given the new insights,  after having finished the programme. 

Application Process

1. The application submission is online and will take approximately 15 minutes

2. You will be allowed to navigate through the form, but it must be completed in one session and details cannot be saved

3. You are required to upload the scanned copy of the following documents along with the application form: 

  • Photo ID proof
  • Verification of ownership
  • Annual revenue statement attested by CA
  • ITR of the business for the last three years

4. Final selection for the programme will be made through an interview round
