This programme has been exclusively developed for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women graduates to help them thrive in a post-pandemic world. The curriculum has been developed with the expertise of the ISB faculty, who have significant business and academic experience.

Owner or co-owner of the business with decision-making authority in the business
The business has operated for at least three years
Indicative annual revenue of INR 25 lacs and above, with a preference for those who have shown growth since Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women

The sessions will be delivered online for over 5 weeks. You will explore questions like how to adapt to the new normal and what is the best approach to re-look at the business through post COVID-19 lens. The programme aims to stimulate you to develop a value proposition by focusing on building leadership capabilities, leveraging marketing and finance during the crisis, harnessing the power of digital marketing, etc. This will prepare you to help make your enterprise future-ready and create a powerful advisory board that will have a significant long-term business impact.
The purpose of the group coaching session is to provide you the opportunity to bring to the table a key problem, challenge, or opportunity that you are facing with regard to your business. During the coaching session, you would benefit from the questions and insights of the coach and from the experiences and suggestions provided by members of the group. The interaction would provide feedback and direction to the next step. The outcome would be for you to leave with greater clarity, confidence, and possibilities on how you can move forward
You would be expected to make a 20 mins presentation on how you would strengthen your business given the new insights, after having finished the programme.
