About CLTE
The Centre for Learning and Teaching Excellence (CLTE) promotes teaching excellence and innovation at ISB. Through targeted faculty development, expert instructional design, compelling case studies, and evidence-based research, CLTE equips educators to deliver transformative student learning experiences.

Mission
CLTE aims to:
- Advance pedagogical research and innovation to inform teaching practice and build faculty capacity through structured development, mentorship, and peer learning.
- Leverage technology to design immersive, learner-centered experiences using cases, simulations, and experiential tools.
- Establish robust systems for evaluating and continuously improving teaching practices and assess impact on learners.
CLTE offers hands-on training, expert guidance, and practical tools to help faculty design impactful learning, assess outcomes meaningfully, and teach with confidence. Every initiative is built to foster innovation, strengthen academic practice, and keep teaching and learning future-ready. Support and skilling are at the heart of our work.
Cases and Simulations
The Centre for Case Development powers teaching excellence by crafting high-impact business cases and pioneering new ways to teach with them. From classic cases to multimedia formats, interactive simulations, and scenario-based storytelling, the Centre is redefining how real-world dilemmas come alive in the classroom.
Encompassing two key pillars: the Digital Media Studio and Instructional Design support, this service aims to empower faculty to craft high-impact, learner-centered courses. The Digital Media Studio supports multimedia and technology-enhanced content creation, while Instructional Design offers pedagogical guidance and course architecture expertise.
TLR is the go-to hub for mastering the art and science of teaching - from planning and design to delivery and reflection. Grounded in the TPACK-D framework, it curates high-impact resources that blend pedagogy, technology, and content knowledge. Dive into practical templates, powerful theories, workshop recordings, and self-paced learning tools - all crafted to support educators at every stage of their teaching journey.
