IIDS Events

Manish Gangwar, Executive Director- IIDS, Sudhir Voleti, Academic Advisor - IIDS, and Madhu Viswanathan, Research Director, ISB Institute of Data Science (IIDS), participated as Jury Members at the Case Competition organized during the recently held Marketing Conclave at the Indian School of Business.

The panel discussion on “AI Solutions for Last Mile Healthcare Delivery in Rural India” addressed challenges in accessibility and quality in rural healthcare. Experts examined innovative technologies and strategies to leverage AI for overcoming barriers and improving outcomes in remote areas, with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions tailored to rural needs.

Alpan Raval, Chief Scientist of AI/ML at Wadhwani AI, remarked, “Implementing AI solutions is relatively straightforward. The real challenge is ensuring users adhere to the recommendations.”

The panel featured Dr. Shweta Jaiswal, Lead Research Officer at the Indian School of Business; Alpan Raval; Anumeha Srivastava, Chief Customer Officer at Qure.ai; Pravin Vaddavalli, Director at L.V.
