Biography
Anshuman Bhakri is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Public Policy at the Indian School of Business. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Boston College and an M.A. in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. His research focuses on understanding firm behavior in electricity and renewable energy markets, with the aim of informing market design and policy interventions. He combines theoretical and empirical approaches to study how contracts, auctions, and market structures influence firm decisions.
