During Jan 2019-August 2020, I conducted a pro bono intervention with the top 20 doctors of LV Prasad Eye Institute regarding how beingful their work was and the challenges and opportunities for improving well-being in the workplace. Subsequent to this intervention, the doctors implemented pilot projects aimed at improving engagement, meaning and well-being in their workplace.
The case study describes the nature of the intervention, the experiences and results of the pilots, and the opportunities and challenges in scaling the intervention enterprise-wide.
