The paper shows the value of utilizing 360 degree feedback results for making some generalizations about the larger system. The paper is based on the 360 degree feedback data collected from the management students of reputed post graduate programme in India. The paper derives insights of overall characteristics of the students group of the institution and overall characteristics of the educational system to generate insights for framing policies and practices.
