I worked with Mr. Kamal Kumar, who has been the DGP of AP and Director of the National Police Academy. The report had been commissioned by the Union Home Minister. I assisted Mr. Kamal Kumar with literature review and 2 days' workshop of practitioners to diagnose issues and generate alternatives. The report has been adopted, and has been used to initiate certain policy steps.
