March 07, 2026
The Indian School of Business (ISB) today celebrated the graduation of 478 students from PGP MAX Co2025, PGP PRO Co2025, PGP MFAB Co2025 and the AMPBA Winter Co2024 & Summer Co2025 batches at the school’s Hyderabad campus. Designed for experienced professionals and senior leaders, these programmes equip students with rigorous management knowledge, while they continue to advance their careers.
The graduation ceremony commenced with a ceremonial procession led by Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean, ISB, along with Chief Guest Mr Jayadev Galla, Co-Founder and Chairman, Amara Raja Group, and senior faculty members.
Addressing the graduates, Mr Jayadev Galla, Co-Founder and Chairman, Amara Raja Group, noted that convocation marks both a celebration and a transition, as students step from an institution that has shaped their thinking into a world being reshaped in real time. Mr. Galla pointed out that the traditional linear model of a singular lifelong profession is rapidly fading. Instead, he noted that increasing life expectancies and advanced technological democratisation will empower individuals to pursue a lifetime of varied professional endeavours, potentially managing multiple distinct careers simultaneously. He urged the graduates to cultivate both agile resilience and continuous adaptability, stressing that their ultimate competitive advantage will be their sheer speed of learning rather than any static, outdated expertise. Mr Galla passionately encouraged the newly minted graduates to stay and invest their talents within India, leveraging the nation’s current demographic and digital momentum to create meaningful, enduring impact. He further noted that an ISB degree serves as a powerful platform, and encouraged graduates to continuously learn, embrace change, and apply their capabilities to build solutions for a rapidly evolving world.
Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean, ISB, commended the graduates on their dedication, noting that they are stepping into leadership roles at a unique juncture that is defined by unprecedented geopolitical shifts and technological advancements. He emphasised that while technology offers immense potential to solve major global challenges, its true impact relies on responsible leadership. Professor Pillutla encouraged them to remain connected with the ISB alumni community. He said these networks of trust and collaboration would continue to support them as they build their careers and shape the world around them. He ended his speech by saying that the true measure of success would not be the positions they hold, but the courage with which they choose to lead when it matters most.
