July 24, 2026: The Indian School of Business (ISB) has announced a three-year scholarship commitment from J.C. Flowers Asset Reconstruction Private Limited (JCF ARC) that will support 30 students across its Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) and the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL). The J.C. Flowers ARC Scholarships commenced in the last academic year through a CSR gift, with similar commitments planned for the next two years. Under the JCF ARC Scholarships, 100% tuition fee waivers will be awarded to five students each from the PGP and PGP YL for respective years.

This significant commitment reflects JCF ARC’s focus on enabling access to high-quality education for deserving and high-potential students, and its belief in the role of education in building future-ready leaders. By supporting students across both programmes, the JCF ARC Scholarships will help remove financial barriers and allow recipients to fully focus on their academic and leadership journeys at ISB.

The MoU for the scholarships was exchanged between Rahul Gupta, Managing Director & CEO, JCF ARC, and Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean, ISB, in the presence of Hitesh Darji, Executive Director and Group Business Head, JCF ARC; Shraddha Gupta, Director and Head - HR and CSR, JCF ARC; Ruchi Sharma, Director and Company Secretary, JCF ARC; and DNV Kumara Guru, Senior Director – Advancement, Alumni Engagement and External Relations, ISB.

Commenting on the initiative, Rahul Gupta said,

“At JCF ARC, we believe that education is a powerful enabler of long-term impact. Through these scholarships, we aim to support talented students at ISB who demonstrate the potential to lead with integrity and purpose. We are pleased to partner with ISB in creating pathways for future leaders to pursue world-class management education without financial constraints.”

Expressing his appreciation, Dean Madan Pillutla said,

“We are grateful to J.C. Flowers Asset Reconstruction Private Limited for this generous commitment. The J.C. Flowers ARC Scholarships will make a meaningful difference by enabling deserving students from our PGP and PGP YL programmes to access ISB’s transformative learning experience. Such partnerships are vital to our mission of expanding access, nurturing leadership, and strengthening the impact of management education.”

The JCF ARC Scholarships further reinforce ISB’s commitment to broadening its scholarships programme and working closely with corporate partners to ensure that financial considerations do not stand in the way of merit, potential, and aspiration.
