Overview

“Creativity is contagious, pass it on.”   - Albert Einstein

The Arts and Creativity Club (A&C) in ISB aims to be a community that lays the foundation of positivity around campus and paints it colourfully. It strives to integrate the Indian and International Art Industry into ISB through on-campus activities and interactions with established art practitioners. The A&C Club, comprising of students, faculty, spouse and staff members, is an avenue to nurture artistic skills & a gateway to connect with the larger art community.

The vision of the club is to spread the joy of creation, bring artists on the campus together, foster the idea of business in art as well as art in business; thus, creating enriched opportunities and experiences with this unique yet highly potent industry. We as a team, strive to bring the synergy of arts and creativity in all possible spheres of life and make it count through multiple channels.

Pranjal is an architect from NIT Bhopal who sees creativity as both a craft and a calling. She has previously worked as a design thinking consultant at Dr. Reddy’s innovation lab, where she used behavioral insights to craft human-centered healthcare solutions. With years of experience in creative writing and visual storytelling, her work spans from published essays to public-facing art projects. She finds joy in creative projects and has found ways to incorporate creativity in everyday life - along with her consulting job at Bain & Company. She has done a Bachelor’s in Management from SSCBS where, as the VP of Rotaract she led projects on slum development and managed club activities. Akriti Kaushal

Akriti Kaushal

President

Akriti Kaushal is a passionate visual storyteller who believes in the power of art to inspire, connect, and heal. Starting her career as a Civil Engineer, she eventually realized that what truly excited her was not constructing buildings but creating visuals that tell stories and evoke emotion. This led her to take a bold leap - leaving a stable job to pursue design full-time. Since then, she has shaped the visual identity of her company, working across branding, social media graphics, pitch decks, and landing pages. She has also worked with a variety of clients on freelance projects, designing logos, illustrations, and marketing creatives.

Outside of work, Akriti finds joy in painting and sketching - her favorite ways to unwind and express herself. Art is her safe space, where she finds stillness, inspiration, and joy. From leading college dramatics and fine arts events to becoming the go-to visual mind in her professional circles, her journey reflects one powerful truth: when you follow what sets your soul on fire, everything begins to align. She carries this belief with her and aims to create a vibrant space where self-expression and connection thrive through the arts.
