Danush Suresh
President
Danush is someone who thrives wherever people, energy, and ideas come together. A Bangalore native with four years of experience at Goldman Sachs, brings together ambition, empathy, and an ability to make even the busiest spaces feel welcoming. Whether it’s leading initiatives, playing sports, dancing, or simply having conversations that turn strangers into friends, he believes communities are built in the little moments that make people feel included.
Besides work and acads, Danush is known for his energetic and optimistic personality, love for movement and music, and the kind of enthusiasm that gets people involved without trying too hard. He’s someone who enjoys creating experiences, bringing good energy into a room, and making sure people around him feel seen, heard, and part of something bigger.

Niharika Venkatesh Koduri
Vice President
Niharika Venkatesh is an IIT Kanpur graduate who has spent her career across startups and 0-to-1 ventures spanning education, fintech, hospitality and the arts. Before ISB, she worked across early-stage businesses and innovation-focused roles, including building and scaling initiatives at a national-level performing arts organization through Tender Roots Academy of Performing Arts.
A lifelong arts enthusiast, Niharika believes dance is a great way to build joy, confidence, and community. Having taken up Bharatanatyam as an adult and performed across multiple stages, she loves exploring movement across styles and cultures. As Vice President of the Dance Club, she hopes to make dance more inclusive, expressive, and approachable for everyone — from complete beginners to experienced performers — through workshops, collaborations, themed events, and spaces that encourage people to simply move together.
Outside of work and dance, Niharika enjoys playing badminton (and almost any sport she can join in on), board games, and is known to host silent reading and trivia evenings that bring people together through conversation and curiosity.

Aditya Agrawal
President
Aditya is an Electrical Engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee and has worked in Credit Risk roles at American Express and PayU, where he leveraged data and bureau insights to drive business decisions.
Outside work, Aditya loves exploring new experiences, meeting people, and staying active through sports. A FIDE-rated chess player, he is also an avid music enthusiast who enjoys attending live concerts and occasionally strums on guitar. At ISB, he organised the first Latin Dance Workshop, driving home the idea that dancing is far less intimidating—and far more enjoyable—than most people imagine.
As President of the Dance Club, Aditya sees himself as an enabler. His goal is simple: to make dance fun and accessible for all. After all, the best networking at ISB might just happen between two dance steps.

Shreyansha Ranjan
Vice President
Shreyansha is a versatile Data Scientist and Engineer with 4.5 years of cross-functional experience in IT, strategy, retail, and supply chain. A Chemical Engineering graduate from BIT Mesra, she has already begun exploring the Product Management domain and is strategically pivoting toward a full-time career in product leadership.
Her analytical rigor is balanced by a deep-seated passion for the arts. A "walking contradiction" in movement, Shreyansha’s journey spans from professional Kathak training to contemporary, Bollywood, and aerial fitness (especially trained in pole dance and fitness). Having collaborated with celebrity choreographers and led multiple workshops/showcases across cities (majorly in Bangalore), she now brings this creative energy to ISB, where she aims to build an inclusive community that celebrates the fusion of diverse dance forms and welcomes everyone.
