These experiences grounded her in both grassroots' last-mile delivery and high-level engagement with senior bureaucrats, deepening her commitment to the mission.

Praachi holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi. Outside of work, you can find her watching trashy sitcoms, playing NYT games and cafe hopping.
As Vice President of the Net Impact Club at ISB, she hopes to drive tangible, long-term impact both within and beyond campus

Diksha Bhanot

Diksha's journey in the development space began with a conviction to engage with its most diverse corners. As a LAMP Fellow, she worked closely with a sitting Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), conducting legislative research and raising critical challenges facing India's northeastern states in the Parliament of India.
She went on to work with Invest India, supporting the Prime Minister's Office and the Cabinet Secretariat on India's largest infrastructure projects spanning roads, energy, railways, ports and renewable energy. Most recently, she worked with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) alongside the Government of Madhya Pradesh, supporting their public health strategy from optimising medicine procurement in tribal districts to piloting early diagnostic devices for tribal children.
Previously, she has been associated with Pratham Foundation on menstrual hygiene education and a UN Girl Up chapter at Delhi University focused on sexual and reproductive health.
Outside of work, she is an avid reader, a committed plant parent, and statistically the most likely person in the room to laugh first in a crisis.

Ananya Garg
Vice President
Ananya’s journey in the impact space began long before her professional career, growing up around a school for underprivileged children founded by her family and working closely with underserved communities for over 15 years.
During the pandemic, when period poverty was at its peak, she mobilised 500+ volunteers across 32 Indian cities, running donation drives and building last-mile supply chains for daily wage workers, reaching 2,500+ beneficiaries. With AIESEC, she served as President of Aashayein, leading SDG initiatives across India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka on menstrual health and PCOS awareness.
She has also worked with Samagra on a policy project at Rashtrapati Bhavan, leading stakeholder outreach through the President's Secretariat. Most recently, Ananya worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Bajaj Finserv, building technology for financial inclusion and digital lending at scale.
Outside of work, she's usually swimming or exploring new restaurants, or perfecting her caramelised onion pasta.
As Vice President, Ananya's focus is simple: make sure the work we do this year is still impacting the community after we graduate.
