Mission
The Senior Executives Club is the leaders’ abode at the Indian School of Business. Herein are gathered, a niche segment of the class of PGP, who are nourished with an experience of over 8 years in myriad fields and functions such as technology, media, healthcare, finance, entrepreneurship, oil & gas and so on.
The Senior Executives Club aims to facilitate creating and exploiting career opportunities that are in line with the strengths and aspirations of its members. The club catalyses the transformation by engaging in strategic partnerships with various functions of ISB such as CAS, SEAL, etc., and by leveraging the school’s expansive alumni and industry network.
Their rich and diverse work experience and expertise allows the members of the Senior Executives Club to mentor fellow students of the class and help them expand their professional network.
The Senior Executives Club liaises with other professional clubs to ensure that its members derive maximum value in terms of knowledge and their career aspirations through speaker sessions by industry leaders, workshops, and industry-connect programs.
But the Senior Executives Club isn’t just business after all! In fact, it actively seeks to build a warm, long-lasting relationship among its members and their families by creating occasions for socialising and bonding!
Asakti Dev
President
Asakti Dev brings over 10.5 years of experience across high-growth startups, with a strong track record in sales strategy, business expansion, revenue growth, and team leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of growth and execution, helping organizations scale rapidly in highly competitive and evolving markets. Her experience spans building businesses from the ground up, driving strategic growth initiatives, and leading large teams with a strong focus on performance and culture.
Over the years, Asakti has successfully scaled multiple business verticals, built and led teams of over 120 professionals, and played a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth. One of the defining milestones in her journey was spearheading the sales function during the acquisition of her previous organization by Byju’s during the lockdown period, where she led critical growth and transition efforts in an extremely dynamic environment. She also contributed to the successful raising of Series A funding for a previous venture, gaining valuable exposure to strategic business building and investor-driven growth.
An engineer by education, Asakti graduated from HBTI Kanpur in 2015 and was also the co-founder of the institute’s first science and technology magazine, reflecting her early inclination toward leadership, initiative, and institution building.
What drives Asakti most is the challenge of building and scaling impactful businesses through strong teams, strategic execution, and data-driven growth. Deeply passionate about leadership and community building, she believes in creating environments where people can learn, collaborate, and grow together. As President of the SEC Club, she aspires to build a platform that fosters meaningful engagement, practical learning, and leadership development while creating lasting value for the student community.
Mohak Gupta
Vice President
Mohak Gupta brings over nine years of experience in operations management, project execution, and strategic initiatives across the mid-stream oil and gas sector. Throughout his career, he has led cross functional teams across large-scale infrastructure, sustainability, compliance, and business development initiatives while driving operational excellence in complex stakeholder environments. Passionate about mentoring and capability building, he has authored technical case studies, developed large-scale training modules, and contributed extensively toward organizational learning and knowledge sharing.
Beyond his professional work, Mohak is deeply committed to community building and social impact. He co-founded a social responsibility group within his organization and has actively contributed to CSR initiatives focused on education and community welfare. An avid traveler and food enthusiast, he enjoys exploring diverse cultures and cuisines. At ISB, he aims to foster a collaborative and professionally enriching ecosystem within the Senior Executives Club through mentorship, industry engagement, and stronger peer connections.

Vice President
Rangeet is an engineer and emerging leader passionate about building systems that create lasting economic and social impact. Through his work in India’s energy and infrastructure sector, he has led complex projects spanning operations, stakeholder management, land acquisition, talent development, and community engagement across diverse geographies.
Alongside his professional responsibilities, Rangeet has been deeply involved in corporate social responsibility initiatives, leading projects focused on education, sanitation, and community development in underserved and remote regions. He believes that infrastructure is most meaningful when it improves lives, and he has worked closely with local communities, government agencies, and partner organizations to translate that belief into tangible outcomes.
Known for combining analytical rigor with a people-centered leadership style, Rangeet thrives in challenging environments that require collaboration across organizations, disciplines, and cultures. Whether negotiating with local communities, coordinating cross-functional teams, solving operational bottlenecks, or mobilizing teams around a shared mission, he is driven by the conviction that sustainable progress is built through collective effort.
