Job Description

Job Purpose:

The MIS Expert will design, manage, and enhance data systems, dashboards, and analytics to support evidence-based decision-making for the Secretariat and SERP. 

Job Specifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Specific Skills:

• Proficiency in dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau), Excel, and data management systems 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to write/speak Telugu and English is mandatory. Fluency with Hindi will be added advantage.

Desirable Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or digital systems in development/government
• Experience in development of dashboard/AI chat bots will be an added advantage 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of MIS systems and digital dashboards. 
• Work with IT vendors to develop and maintain real-time monitoring platforms. 
• Define data collection protocols, validation mechanisms, and reporting templates. 
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data received from partner agencies. 
• Generate analytical reports, insights, and visualizations for decision-making. 
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across project partners. 
• Support periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) and dashboard updates.
