Job Overview
To coordinate activities, communication, and documentation across research, implementation, and stakeholder teams to ensure smooth execution of AI and digital health projects.
Job Purpose
The Project Coordinator position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing research and implementation activities for AI-driven healthcare initiatives.
The Coordinator will be responsible for
(i) Managing communication with project partners, government agencies, and internal research teams
(ii) Maintaining trackers for deliverables, timelines, and approvals
(iii) Preparing project documentation including meeting minutes, progress reports, and stakeholder updates
(iv) Supporting ethics and regulatory submissions
(v) Conducting literature reviews and evidence synthesis for ongoing research
(vi) Organizing dissemination activities such as presentations and stakeholder briefings
(vii) Assisting with outreach to identify promising AI solutions and use cases

Job Specifications
Knowledge / Education:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Management, or related field OR Bachelor’s with significant experience may be considered

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Mandatory Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in health-related project or research management
- Familiarity with conducting comprehensive literature reviews
- Experience in developing project documents including process
documentation, budgets, and gantt charts - Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders (health system, government, start-ups, funders, research partners)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communications with external stakeholders including health facilities, government agencies; and across internal ISB research teams.
- Maintain trackers for project deliverables, internal progress activities, and regulatory approvals.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support preparation and submission of IRB/ethics applications, renewals, and reporting.
- Conduct literature reviews and evidence synthesis to support research evaluations.
- Assist in organizing dissemination activities, such as presentations, stakeholder briefings, and publication support.
- Conduct outreach to various organizational entities to identify promising AI solutions and use-cases.
