The Centre for Leadership, Innovation, and Change (CLIC) was established in 2008 with a vision to build transformational leaders for an innovation nation. With generous contribution and unstinting support from Biocon and State Bank of India, CLIC consists of two dedicated research cells – BCIM (Biocon Cell for Innovation Management) and SBI Public-Sector Leadership Cell (SPL).
