Budget Special: ISB Faculty, Students Share Insights in Special NDTV Show; Professors Quoted Across the Media

In a post-budget special programme on NDTV, ISB’s Professor Prasanna Tantri, Professor Shashwat Alok, and PGP students shared their thoughts and reactions on the Union Budget 2024. The programme, which was recorded on the Hyderabad campus of ISB, brought to the fore insights of the professors and students on topics including employment and skilling, entrepreneurship, markets, taxation, FDI, ease of doing business, and fiscal deficit. Further, in another programme, Professor Prasanna Tantri shared his perspectives on CNBC Awaaz, along with other industry experts.

Further, Professor Bhagwan Chowdhry's expert comments on the budget appeared in The Indian Express and The Hindu, among other places. BW Education. He opined, “A focus on job growth by providing incentives to the private sector is welcome.” Professor Manish Gangwar was quoted in BW Education, Deccan Herald and The Week, besides others. He opined, “The Union Budget 2024, presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, stands out for its strong emphasis on job creation.”
