About the Event

The ISB Leadership Summit (ILS) serves as a premier platform where business leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, innovators, and change-makers engage with the ISB community on pressing challenges, emerging opportunities, and the ideas shaping India’s future.

Since its inception, ILS has brought together distinguished leaders and thought leaders from diverse sectors, offering students and participants valuable perspectives on leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and the evolving business and institutional landscape.

The ISB Leadership Summit 2026 brings together accomplished leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and innovators from diverse industries and fields to inspire and engage with current ISB students—the leaders of tomorrow. Through thought-provoking conversations and real-world insights, the Summit explores how India is moving beyond traditional constraints across enterprise, technology, institutions, geography, and opportunity, while examining the leadership required to navigate the challenges that remain, unlock new possibilities, and shape the country’s next chapter of growth and global influence.
