What is this

​A live in-person session on negotiation, led by Prof. Pooja Mishra, Assistant Professor, Organisational Behaviour at ISB. This is the same session ivi founders go through as part of ISB's six-month founder residency.

For one day, we're opening it to founders in Delhi.

You'll walk away with a clear framework for any negotiation — whether you're raising money, closing a deal, or hiring your first key person.

About ivi

I-Venture Immersive (ivi) is ISB's six-month residency for early-stage founders.

For six months, ISB becomes your home. You live on campus in Hyderabad, work full-time on your venture, and learn alongside a cohort of ambitious founders. You'll be mentored by ISB faculty, experienced entrepreneurs, operators, investors, and industry leaders—all within an ecosystem designed to help your venture grow.

This masterclass offers a sneak preview of that experience.
