Dean and Professor, Organisational Behaviour
Madan Pillutla is the Dean and Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Indian School of Business, a position he has held since July 2021. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani and a post graduate degree in Personnel Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and has received distinguished alumni awards from both these institutions. He also has a post graduate degree from the University of Illinois and a PhD from the University of British Columbia.
