As the business landscape evolves business leaders need to build a muscle of being able to identify and solve the right problems, with the help of creative tools we explore the construct of problem definition and problem-solving. What are the evident blind spots and how to ride over them.

Can you insulate your business with Branding? How to craft compelling and effective brand stories, by leveraging data and online platforms. Discover how to stand out in a crowded market and connect with your target audience authentically. How to pitch by crafting compelling narratives? Learn how to manage crisis.

Can we future-proof our business? If so, how do we do it? Learn about the strategies, resources, and processes that you should leverage as an entrepreneur. Leadership And Collaboration

Effective leadership is the cornerstone of successful entrepreneurship. How to be an agile leader? Uncover issues of what holds women leaders back and practice ways of ensuring that you project your complete self when navigate difficult business stakeholders and challenges.

Action Learning Project

The Action Learning Project helps the participants to work on a predefined problem of their own business. Based on their learnings from the programme, the business owners work on a solution in the form of a project focused on growth and acceleration. The projects will be made individually and presented 45 days from the in-person immersion.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Programme (ISB / IIM-B).
Owner or co-owner of the business.
Significant decision-making authority in the business.
Business should have been operational for the last three years.
Indicative annual revenue of INR 35 lacs and above.

Programme Fee

The Programme is completely funded by Goldman Sachs and delivered by Indian School of Business. The participants will have to take care of their travel expenses to the programme delivery venues.
