The journey of ISB students begins in April when a new class is onboarded. The year-long program includes self-reflection, in-class learning, peer-to-peer interactions, networking, corporate engagements, experiential learning, and international immersions. Throughout the course, students engage with corporate leaders and industry experts, providing them with opportunities to learn about potential recruiters with both national and global presence.
One of the key engagements includes pre-placement talks for students by potential recruiters. These interactions help students understand various industries, roles, and organizational cultures, enhancing their readiness for the recruitment process. Through these engagements, students also build lasting connections with top companies, making them well-prepared to contribute to the business world.


The Post Graduate Programme (PGP) Class of 2025 has 816 talented students with diverse academic backgrounds and rich industry experience. 47% are female, maintaining strong gender diversity. The average age is 26, with 4.1 years of work experience. 53% are engineers, and 66% come from STEM fields, with professionals from law, medicine, CA, and architecture. The cohort spans industries like financial services, consulting, IT, FMCG, healthcare, and more, offering a rich mix of skills across functions like finance, marketing, and analytics. Industry leaders and alumni engage with students to share insights on trends and opportunities. We invite business leaders and experts to connect with the class.

The Learning and Development (L&D) ecosystem at ISB is a blend of in-class and outside-the-class engagements. Under the guidance of a highly accomplished committee that comprises academicians, alumni and industry experts, we have created Leadership Development modules, Industry Deep-Dive sessions, Career Pathways meetings, Resume Reviews and Mock Interview sessions, as well as flagship conferences for students to undergo a holistic development.
