About Diffusion

We kick off our impact conference with ‘Diffusion’, an interactive workshop for stakeholders including non-profits and social entrepreneurs. This 2-day event is hosted by ISB students and professors to help changemakers build their skills and knowledge in the areas of Digital Marketing, Fund Raising, and Finance, Negotiation sessions, Operations Management, etc.

Abhinav Chetan

Founder, Digital for Non-Profits

Abhinav has spent 12 years at Google and worked across a variety of teams including operations, automation and product solutions. He has led commercialisation across search, web analytics & mobile UI/UX efforts for India as a product specialist. In his last role, he worked as a product marketing manager enabling the google ads & analytics suite for large advertisers & agencies in India. He has earned digital marketing degrees from NIIT, MIT & Wharton, consulted with partners from different verticals across the globe & educated agencies, startups and premier universities on digital marketing in India.

Anuradha Bajaj

Co-Founder, Baytree

Anuradha Bajaj (Co-Founder, Baytree) comes with a background in commercial banking and international development. She has led financial sector development including impact investment, at DFID (Department for International Development, UK Government). Anuradha has been engaged in setting up financing vehicles to catalyse private capital and innovation in social sectors across sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Prior to joining DFID, Anuradha worked for ABN Amro Bank and ANZ Grindlays Bank.

Ramraj Pai

CEO, IIC

Ramraj Pai has been a credit market specialist, with specialization in financial services and inclusion related issues. Before joining IIC, Ramraj served as the President at CRISIL limited and led them to set up an integrated business development function across businesses, focussed on relationship management/deepening product penetration in banks/financial institutions covering India and emerging markets. Ramraj worked with CRISIL for 24 years. He has a Btech degree in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappali and an MBA from S.P.Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai.
