Memories of my early days at ISB are still very fresh. It was March 2001; we all used to operate from a temporary office site at IIIT Campus, Gachibowli. The Hyderabad campus construction was in full swing, and as a result, we always used to have a huge gathering of several vendors and contractors visiting our small workplace. I am privileged to witness and work when PGP students' first batch arrived when classes used to happen in Taj Krishna Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Words can't describe how it felt when the campus finally became functional, something for which we have worked round the clock. A few of us, including myself, have seen ISB emerging as a world-class institution, and we are always grateful and proud to be a part of this institution since its inception. Initially, the resources, the packages were limited, but the zeal, the courage was unlimited as we know if we are working for something big, something unique. ISB has this unique tradition of planting a tree on completion of 5 years in the service and memorable occasions. I have planted so many trees, and I feel happy to see them grow just like the institution.

I have a lot of memorable moments to cherish my ISB journey to date. One was flag hoisting during Independence Day. I was felicitated by the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, who was felicitating long-standing employees. Another proud moment was when I was invited to our Mohali campus as a long-serving employee and got a chance to be photographed with then President of India Late Shri Pranab Mukherjee, who came as chief guest to celebrate ISB's 15 Years.

Another Perk of being at ISB is the exposure and learning opportunities that we get. I feel very excited when VVIPs and VIPs visit our campus. Some of the best visits that I worked for and enjoyed are US President George Bush, Former PM Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Former CM of AP N. Chandrababu Naidu, Former President Late APJ Abdul Kalam, CM of Telangana K Chandrashekar Rao, Industries Minister Shri KT Rama Rao, current Vice President of India, Shri Venkaiah Naidu besides many others. Also, I enhanced my learning during this lockdown with the Certified Business Professional (CBP), an employee learning program launched by our School. I was happy to receive the certificate for the same.

I sincerely thank Suresh Chandra, who introduced me to ISB, and My Boss, Y.Giridhar, who have cherished my career with ISB, and all my colleagues and friends who have helped throughout my journey with ISB.

It's been a long association with ISB, but in the end, I would just like to say I continue to enjoy my association with ISB to date and look forward to making more memories here.
