HC & LI, ISB is hosting the 2nd Thought Leaders' Summit on 24th January 2020 (Friday) at Hyderabad campus. This by-invitation conference is aimed at engaging industry leaders in the HR space in the emerging areas of Human Capital for 2020s. The keynote will have Prof. Madan Pillutla of London Business School in conversation with Anantha Sayana, Chief Digital Officer, Larsen and Toubro. This will be followed by Roundtable discussions with CHROs which will be held on the following 4 key themes:
Organisational Agility: How will organisations change and transform for the new digital ethos?
Mindsets for the Future: What changes will the new 'digital' enterprises demand?
Leadership Development: How to better balance the leadership narrative between EI and AI?
Beyond Diversity: Building inclusive leadership for a digitally enabled world
An edited book titled “Leading Human Capital in the 2020s: Emerging Perspectives” with articles contributed by ISB faculty will be launched during the summit.
