Professor Prajapati Trivedi had been invited by APO as Chief Technical Expert to conduct a workshop on “Developing the APO Tool Kit for Designing and Implementing Performance Management Systems in the Public Sector” in Tokyo from December 5-9, 2016. At the request of APO, Professor Prajapati Trivedi and Bharti Institute team have developed a software called Performance Management and Accountability Toolkit (PMAT). APO piloted it in 14 countries before the workshop and plans to roll it out to all member countries in the future.
