The Thomas Schmidheiny Centre for Family Enterprise (ThS_CFE), ISB, hosted a book release event for ‘Beyond Three Generations -The Definitive Guide for Building Enduring Indian Family Businesses’.

The book is authored by Navas Meeran, Chairman, Group Meeran, ME Meeran Foundation; MSA Kumar, Family Business Adviser and CEO Coach; Firoz Meeran, Vice Chairman, Group Meeran, ME Meeran Foundation; and George Skaria, Senior Journalist, Communications specialist, and author.  

Dr BVR Mohan Reddy, Founder-Chairman and Board Member, Cyient, graced the event as the chief guest and shared insights on the growth and professionalisation of Cyient’s management.

Other attendees included Sunil Reddy Dodla, Managing Director, Dodla Dairy Ltd; Vanitha Datla, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director, Elico Ltd; Professor Sougata Ray, Executive Director, TSCFE, ISB; and Professor Kavil Ramachandran, Senior Advisor, TSCFE, ISB.

The event was also attended by the students of ISB’s Post Graduate Programme in Management for Family Business.
