Mr Michael Hilti, Honorary Chairman of the Board, Hilti Corporation, Schaan, Liechtenstein was in conversation with Dr Nupur Pavan Bang, Associate Director, Thomas Schmidheiny Centre for Family Enterprise.
Mr Michael Hilti candidly spoke about the next-gen program and the culture programs of Hilti. He shared his experiences with managing crisis, the role of the board at Hilti, the ownership and governance models and the family constitution.
