The ISB Institutional Review Board (ISB-IRB) and the FWA recommend that all researchers (for e.g., Principal Investigators, Co-Investigators, Research Assistants, Faculty Sponsors, and other Research Staff) who are involved with human subjects research should undergo an online training program at: www.citiprogram.org and submit their CITI certification to the IRB office. 
If you are a new CITI user, please see the steps below:

  • Go to the website: www.citiprogram.org

  • To register, go to the top right-hand corner of the screen and click on “Register”

  • The registration process will be completed in seven steps that are self-explanatory. 

  • Select “Indian School of Business” to get affiliated with ISB.

  • A list of courses that ISB has subscribed will be displayed after Registration.

  • Select the course “ Social and Behavioral Basic Course”

  • The course consists of 16 modules; you must complete all 16 modules to generate a completion certificate. 

  • Save a copy of the course completion certificate and mail the certificate to IRBassist@isb.edu
