Successful and effective education is not teaching alone. It is about enabling students to learn and self-discover, make decisions to handle problems in different situations. How can students be encouraged and inspired to discuss, debate and introspect to find answers is in our view the key job of an educator.

The Centre for Learning and Management Practice attempts to provide resources and direction to faculty in the form of developing such skills and relevant content for the classroom.

The centre assists in bringing out content in the form of cases, simulations and other technology driven design material. We actively engage with corporates to bring their challenges into the classroom, in order to help students be better prepared to handle real life challenges as they step into the corporate world. We have a large repository of India and Asia specific cases and teaching tools which range from entrepreneurship to giant multinationals battling for foothold to family run enterprises to social enterprises.

We assist faculty in designing innovative pedagogical tools that help create a dynamic learning environment in the classroom. We would love to engage with you, to see how we can meaningfully create and innovate in the space of adult learning.
