About

Recognising the significant and growing impact of women in family businesses, there is a pressing need for a dedicated platform to foster dialogue, share experiences, and address the specific gender-related challenges and opportunities faced by business families in India.

A roundtable, attended by both women and men from business families but primarily focused on the participation of women, is expected to serve as a crucial forum for exchanging best practices, exploring innovative strategies, and cultivating a supportive network for gender inclusivity and the empowerment of women leaders.

Through collective wisdom and shared experiences, we aspire to build a more inclusive and thriving future for family enterprises, where women's voices are not only heard but celebrated as a driving force in shaping the future.
