Arjun Ranga

Arjun Ranga is the CEO and Managing Director of N Ranga Rao & Sons Pvt Ltd, the manufacturer of Cycle Pure Agarbathi, India's largest-selling prayer brand. Established in 1948 by Shri N. Ranga Rao in Mysuru, the company is now managed by the third generation of the Ranga family and has grown into a global conglomerate with a presence in over 75 countries. The NR Group has diversified into various sectors, including functional air care products, wellness and home fragrance products, floral extracts, solar irrigation systems, healthcare solutions, defence, aerospace, and education. 

Arjun Ranga completed his engineering degree from S J College of Engineering, Mysuru, and earned an MBA from Thunderbird, USA. After working in the US for a few years, he joined the family business in 2000. Under his leadership, the group has launched several innovations and initiatives that have become industry trends. He is passionate about driving, transforming, and scaling the business based on ethical, collaborative, and value-based growth. 

As the world’s largest incense manufacturer, the NR Group is dedicated to ethical and sustainable business practices, with Cycle Pure becoming the world's first certified zero carbon manufacturer of incense, prayer, and air care products. Arjun also serves as the President of the All India Agarbathi Manufacturers Association (AIAMA) and the Chairman of the Grassroots Research and Advocacy Movement (GRAAM).
