Rishabh Shroff is the Co-Head of the Private Client Practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, India’s largest and leading law firm. He specialises in all aspects of family governance, including drafting family constitutions and settlements, trusts, wills, and succession planning. He offers succession, taxation, estate, and wealth planning advice to high-net-worth individuals, their families, and works extensively with family offices. He is also a part of the Founder Family of the Firm.

Rishabh has been recognised in both the Economic Times's prestigious 40 under 40 list for 2021, and also the Fortune 40 under 40 lists in 2023 and 2024. He has consistently been ranked amongst the top family business lawyers globally. He chairs the CII Family Business Network, and is the National Co-Chair for FICCI Young Leaders Forum. He is the Philanthropy Ambassador for WWF India. He is a keen writer and a monthly columnist for the Mint Newspaper, where he writes on topics such as personal finance, succession, and estate planning.
