Mahesh Kanchan has more than 20 years of proven track record in various leadership roles in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry. He has brought about meaningful transformations in FMCG space. He brings in thought leadership to drive consistent, competitive, and profitable growths in consumer facing businesses. In his decade long stint at Hindustan Unilever Ltd. he got a turnaround of the Kissan brand and driving robust growths in the Culinary & Savoury Foods portfolio.

In the last 18 months as the Chief Commercial Officer of FieldFresh Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Del Monte Foods India), he has started the agenda of pivoting the B2C business by posting a strong B2C revenue growths in FY’21. Mahesh takes over as the Chief Executive Officer for Del Monte Foods Pvt. Ltd. from the 1^st October, 2021.

Mahesh has done his MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) and also completed a Management Development Program at the ‘London School of Business’.
