Admissions

Applications to the AMPH will be considered by the admissions committee which will review a range of criteria and consider the overall balance of each applicant's qualifications. Applicants will be selected based on their learning orientation, healthcare industry awareness, business orientation, team orientation, quality of work experience, and communication.


Prerequisites

  • UG Degree in any discipline / Diploma in Medicine, Alternative Medicine, Pharmacy or Nursing with 3+ years of work experience 
  • 6-8 years of work experience; Entrepreneurs / Management Consultants with slightly lesser experience may also be considered.

Application Pack

As part of the application pack, you will need to submit:

  1. A personal statement, to explain your commitment to the healthcare sector
  2. Qualitative accounts of your behaviour, impact and personal qualities essential for our evaluation of your leadership potential. We request you to provide two reference letters with specific examples that illustrate your ability and desire to make a difference in the healthcare profession One reference from your current direct Supervisor (or the next best alternative) at work. Your choice of either one additional Supervisor reference or one peer reference.
  3. A Letter of Consent from your current employer granting you permission to pursue the programme (for company-sponsored candidates only). The letter will also need to state the nature and extent of sponsorship (financial and paid time-off). This letter may be submitted either along with the application or with the acceptance of admission offer.

Selection process

Based on the application pack, eligible candidates will be shortlisted for a personal interview on a rolling basis. All interviews will happen virtually.

Admission Notification

Selected candidates will be notified of the admission offer by the programme office. They will be given a time of seven days to make a non-refundable payment of ₹1,20,000 + GST towards the admission fee, to confirm their participation in the programme.


Programme Fee

Programme Fee: ₹12,00,000 + GST @18%*

Alumni Fee: ₹15,000 + GST @18%*

Refundable Security Deposit: ₹5,000

(*GST rates as applicable at the time of application.)

The fee covers Admission, Tuition, Course material, and Boarding & lodging during on-campus residencies. The fee does not cover ISB-Associate Alumni Network Fee and Travel Costs to and from the campus for residencies. The participants need to carry a laptop of standard configuration for course-related work.

Educational Loan

The programme has a tie-up with AVANSE (a subsidiary of DHFL Limited), Axis Bank, CREDILA (a subsidiary of HDFC Bank) and ICICI Bank for education loans without collaterals.

Kindly fill in the relevant sections of the application form. Non-sponsored/self-sponsored candidates can ignore the payment, HR and company application sections. Attach your updated professional resume, last 2 month’s payslips and passport-size photograph (colour) and other documents to the relevant sections when prompted. Upon submission of the online application, an acknowledgement mail along with the application number is sent out.
