Recruiter Relationship Coordinator

Sahil Gupta is a skilled professional with a focus on strategy and finance. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession & has gained valuable experience in various roles, notably at Britannia Industries where he worked his way up to become a Manager of Strategy. In this role, he was involved in significant projects, including a joint venture deal and the establishment of an M&A division. Before Britannia, Sahil was an Article Trainee at Deloitte India, where he contributed to international tax litigation cases. His work has been recognized within the organizations he has served, highlighting his ability to contribute effectively to team goals. Sahil's career demonstrates a strong aptitude for strategic thinking, financial management, and teamwork.

Operations & Planning Coordinator

Pooja Roy is an analyst and project manager with a passion for music and food. She graduated from St Xavier's College, Mumbai with a degree in Economics, and has since worked at Republic TV and BARC India. In her previous roles, she has successfully managed and delivered a variety of projects, including audience measurement, data analysis, and social media marketing.

In her free time, Pooja enjoys listening to music, trying out new cuisines, and traveling. She is also an avid reader and loves to learn new things.

Smiley is a Strategy Consultant with ~2.5 years of work experience. She worked at Bain & Company as an Associate on various marketing and customer experience projects before joining ISB.

Outside work, Smiley is passionate about dance and music. She is a travel enthusiast and loves having conversations over a cup of coffee.

Sanket is a Chartered Accountant, a Company Secretary, and a graduate of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. Before coming to ISB, he was heading the business finance function at Cars24. With experience of over 7 years, Sanket has worked in multiple roles and industries across India, Africa, and the Middle East.

He is also a sketch artist and loves to play pool and squash in his leisure time.

Prakash is a Civil Engineering graduate from IIT Guwahati Co'2015 and has 5 years of experience in Project Management and Operations domain in Infrastructure industry at L&T Construction and ISRO. Having worked in mega projects his key strengths are stakeholder management and project planning and enjoys problem solving. Beyond his work, he enjoys traveling, trekking, cooking, playing cricket.

Dipanya is an Economics graduate from Hansraj College and brings with herself a unique blend of skills and passions. With a background in human capital, she is dedicated to fostering workplaces that are not only productive in the age of Industry 4.0 but are also steeped in empathy. Her north star is to enhance workplace cultures, making them more humane and efficient.

Neha is a seasoned software developer with 2.8 years of experience and has established close collaborations with numerous global e-commerce brands to craft impeccable user interfaces. Neha has demonstrated her commitment by leading the Banjara Rotaract Club of Hyderabad and organizing a variety of recreational activities that benefit the community.

Beyond her community involvement, Neha is a multifaceted individual. She's a professional cyclist, a state-level skater, and a devoted animal lover.

International Placements Co-ordinator

Meet Siddharth, or Sid for short, the guy who's as comfortable jumping out of planes over Dubai as he is strategizing in a boardroom. When he's not hitting the streets of Galle for a game of cricket with the local kids, he's probably making waves in the digital world. With stints at Hotstar and Myntra, he's had his fair share of binge-worthy content and last-minute shopping sprees (and maybe, just maybe, a few too many discounts on his own Myntra cart).

An ISB grad and NIT Tiruchirappalli alum, Sid went on to co-found Eidos Technology during the pandemic, proving he's as entrepreneurial as he is adventurous. And if he's not in business mode, he's probably trekking the icy trails of the Himalayas or helping athletes bounce back from injuries.
