Overview

The GSB is the primary vehicle for coordinating and managing student activities and initiatives, both academic and extracurricular. It represents the interest of PGP students in the Indian School of Business (ISB) administration. The association therefore gives its input to enrich the School’s curriculum. GSB members are elected from the student body after they are about two months into the programme. GSB Core representatives prepare a common minimum platform at the beginning of their tenure and generate regular status reports on their progress and initiatives.

Eshaan Raj Verma

GSB President

Eshaan Raj Verma holds a BBA in Marketing from the Center for Management Studies, Jain University, Bangalore. As a Senior Associate at Sigma Resource Development Consultants Pvt. Ltd., he worked on projects across agriculture, water resources, infrastructure, urban planning, and environmental sectors. He played a key role in stakeholder management and client relations to deliver strategic solutions for both government and private sector clients. He was recognized with the Impact Through Initiative award for his contributions.

Eshaan has consistently taken on leadership roles from captaining the football team at Delhi Public School, Ranchi, to serving as Director of Operations of the Student Body at CMS. He is passionate about social service and actively volunteers in community initiatives. A footballer and avid traveler, he also enjoys exploring new cuisines and following Formula 1, football, and cricket.

Ananya Wadhwa

Ananya is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with over 4 years of front-line experience in Deal Advisory and Financial Due Diligence. She has led 30-plus buy- and sell-side engagements - many closing in successful M&A deals - for clients ranging from ambitious startups to blue-chip corporates and top-tier private-equity houses. At KPMG India and later Grant Thornton, where she advanced to Manager and headed a 15-member team, Ananya earned a reputation for pinpointing value drivers and reducing deal risk on demanding timelines.

When she steps away from spreadsheets, you’ll find her singing, pushing her fitness goals, or unwinding with family and friends - habits she credits for keeping her analysis sharp and perspective balanced.

Jigisa Singh

Jigisa Singh is a mid-career professional with 4+ years of work experience across policy-making, strategy and marketing. She pursued a B.A. Philosophy (Hons) from Hindu College, Delhi University. Over the last few years, she worked within Ministry of Commerce and Industry, where she conceptualized and implemented national startup policies. She also co-founded her own non-profit organization, Chhalaang Foundation, dedicated to empowering women through vocational training and employment generation. Her work with Startup India and Chhalaang Foundation, where she built and leveraged strong networks, has equiped her well to serve as Director of Alumni Affairs.

In her downtime, she enjoys dancing, travelling, and diving into philosophical conversations.

Janavi Cheruku

Director, Career Advancement Council

Janavi Cheruku holds a Master’s in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Christ University, Bangalore. Prior to ISB, she worked at Accenture Solutions, as a recruiter and HR Business Partner where she led large-scale initiatives focused on employee experience, talent development, and workforce transformation.  Having worked at the intersection of people, processes, and business outcomes, Janavi brings a deep understanding of what companies look for in future leaders.  Her HR background uniquely positions her to support the cohort’s diverse career journeys with empathy and precision.

Outside the classroom, Janavi is a lifelong learner with a love for books, cricket, meaningful conversations, and traveling.  She’s always on the hunt for the perfect cup of ice cream and firmly believes that soft skills are just as powerful as hard numbers.

Muskan Andani

Muskan Andani

Director, Finance and Governance Council

Muskan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She discovered her passion for leadership early on, serving as a member of the student body in school. Before joining ISB, she was associated with BSR & Co. LLP for three years (a member firm of KPMG India), where she rose quickly to the role of Assistant Manager. In this capacity, she led cross-functional teams and managed audits for a diverse portfolio of clients including startups, PE/VC-backed firms, and listed entities across industries such as pharmaceuticals, advertising, technology, and manufacturing. Her dedication and performance earned her multiple awards for exceptional contribution.

Muskan is also deeply committed to social impact, having volunteered with the Titli Foundation and eVidyaloka, contributing to education and empowerment initiatives for underprivileged communities. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking as a creative outlet, solving Sudoku puzzles, exploring new places, and dancing. At ISB, she brings a well-rounded mix of analytical expertise, community engagement, and collaborative spirit. As the Director of Finance and a member of the Governance Council, she is focused on driving financial transparency, operational efficiency, and responsible governance within the Cohort.

Ananya Padhi

Ananya Padhi

Director, Marketing & Communications Council

Ananya is a technical product manager and software engineer with 4+ years of experience in the fintech industry. She worked at Goldman Sachs in the Human Capital management division where she built products, processes and systems for managing the core HR processes like compensation, benefits and wellness, mobility and recruitment. A computer science graduate of National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, she combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.

In addition to her core professional experience, Ananya has also done a social media marketing internship, bringing creativity and data-driven insights to brand communication and online engagement. She is also an acrylic painter and has sold many of her paintings in exhibitions.

Harinadh Gutta

Director, Operations & Sustainability Council

Harinadh Gutta holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. Post graduation, he spent two years in the real estate industry, focusing on sales and marketing. Working in a startup environment gave him the opportunity to streamline operational processes through cross-functional collaboration, enhancing both efficiency and team synergy. Beyond academics and work, Harinadh has a strong record in extracurriculars. He has represented Andhra Pradesh at the U-16 state level in cricket and participated in NGO outreach camps with Yi, reinforcing his commitment to community development and leadership.

As Director of the Operations and Sustainability Council, Harinadh is committed to ensuring student well-being by actively collaborating with ISB’s operations team. His goal is to make campus life more comfortable, responsive, and efficient, reflecting the needs and voices of the student body.

Shaurya Maskara

Director, Student Life Council

Shaurya Maskara comes from a family business background, helping lead one of India’s top art brands, Brustro. He is a graduate of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and also holds certifications in FRM and CFA Level 1. He has also worked with leading event companies across India - organizing concerts, cultural nights, and large-scale gatherings which reflect his ability to bring energy and precision to every initiative.

Beyond business, Shaurya has led impactful social initiatives as a Director at Enactus SXC and has traveled to over 40 countries, gaining a deep appreciation for culture, inclusivity, and human connection. He believes in creating experiences that go beyond the ordinary, where community and celebration are at the heart of everything.

Waras Singh

Waras Singh

GSB President

Waras Singh is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Hansraj College, University of Delhi, with over six years of experience across consulting, public policy, and private equity. At EY India, he worked in the Performance Improvement practice on large-scale transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients. He later served as an advisor to the Punjab Government on key economic reform initiatives. Before joining ISB, he worked with a U.S.-based search fund focused on acquiring and scaling SMEs, and with an award-winning Indian defence startup on strategic finance and growth.

Waras is passionate about grassroots engagement and leading through action. He led a citizen awareness campaign that reached over 10 million people and has held leadership roles since his early years - including School Captain and President of the Commerce Department at Hansraj. He also headed a Delhi University Innovation Mission project to boost farmer incomes. He’s a state-level cricket player. 

Raghav Khandelwal

Dr. Raghav comes from a medical background, his graduation being MBBS. He has worked across diverse healthcare roles-from conducting medico-legal autopsies in Mumbai to driving public health initiatives at Gully Clinic, an NGO focused on accessible care and playing key role in shaping operations and Strategy at Khandelwal Imaging Centre, a radio diagnostic clinic. Raghav has also interned with software firms to streamline forensic record management and helped design software solutions that bridge the gap between medicine and technology. He brings a rare blend of clinical insight and operational acumen.

Beyond the clinic, Raghav is passionate about community well-being, simplifying healthcare journeys, and driving impact through innovation. With a deep respect for collaboration and continuous learning, he aims to make quality care more humane, data-driven, and inclusive.

Ayush Verma

Ayush Verma

Director, Alumni Affairs Council

Ayush Verma was an Assistant Vice President at J.P. Morgan, where he led automation and digital transformation initiatives within the Asset and Wealth Management division. A graduate in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, he was selected for J.P. Morgan’s prestigious Corporate Analyst Development Program and progressed into leadership roles, driving high-impact global projects across regulatory technology and process optimization. In recognition of his contributions, Ayush was honored with the Asia Pacific CEO Award, one of the firm’s highest regional accolades.

Outside of work, Ayush was a state-level tennis player and an avid football fan. He enjoys planning and going on trips with friends and family.

Wyshallie Dandu

Wyshallie Dandu

Director, Careers Advancement Council

Wyshallie holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from CBIT, Hyderabad. Before joining ISB, she worked as a Software Engineer at Oracle, contributing to the NetSuite ERP development team with a focus on the Manufacturing and Quality Management modules, playing a key role in multiple feature rollouts. Throughout her academic journey, she has actively embraced leadership roles, from serving as school captain to later working as the Deputy Secretary General of CBITMUN, where she successfully led cross-functional teams to organize one of the largest Model United Nations conferences in India.

As the Director of the Career Advancement Council, she intends to use her technical knowledge and leadership background to deliver strategic and meaningful support for the cohort’s career growth. A passionate sports enthusiast and trained Carnatic vocalist, she also loves to relax with a good book or by cooking a comforting meal.

Harshil Bavisi

Harshil Bavisi

Director, Finance and Governance Council

Harshil is a Chartered Accountant and B.Com graduate from N.M. College, Mumbai, whose career bridges analytical rigour with entrepreneurial instinct. He began his career at HDFC’s Investment Banking division, advising clients in the Consumer and BFSI sectors on M&A and Private Equity transactions. To expand his strategic toolkit, he transitioned to the CEO’s Office at boAt, where he worked directly with the CEO and COO on high-impact initiatives including the development of a proprietary supply chain tool, product portfolio optimization, and the creation of the Annual Operating Plan. His experience reflects a rare versatility across finance, operations, and innovation.

With deep roots in a business family, Harshil brings a founder’s mindset to every challenge. At ISB, he is focused on building lasting relationships across the cohort and alumni network as he prepares to launch his own venture in the near future. Passionate about financial markets, he has developed a proprietary algorithmic investing system, blending intuition with quantitative skills. Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast who follows and plays cricket, tennis, badminton, chess, and F1. As Director of the Finance & Governance Council, Harshil is committed to driving transparent, high-impact governance where every rupee is made to count.

Siddhi Sethia

Siddhi Sethia

Director, Marketing and Communications Council

With a background in marketing, entertainment, and storytelling, Siddhi brings a unique blend of creativity and execution to the MCC. Prior to ISB, she managed some of India’s top comedians and digital creators, and has helped curate 250+ shows across Europe and India. Her experience spans marketing leadership at a Singapore-based ed-tech startup, managing supply for Zomato Live (now District) in Mumbai and Kolkata, and working on some shoots for Shark Tank India, Netflix and Amazon Prime Specials. She has freelanced as a social media manager for 10+ international organisations across Singapore, Australia, and Texas.

At ISB, Siddhi is driven by the belief that marketing is not just promotion - it's the art of making people feel seen. As Director of the Marketing & Communications Council, she aims to transform MCC into the storytelling pulse of the cohort - a brand that celebrates not only events but the spirit, chaos, and culture of student life. Outside of work, she runs an NGO called Badlaav for underprivileged children and holds a commerce degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.

Udaibir Singh Sidhu

Udaibir Singh Sidhu

Director, Operations & Sustainability Council

Udaibir holds both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutics from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He began his professional journey as a Market Insights Analyst at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories before transitioning to his family’s business in the automobile sector. It was through this hands-on experience that Udai developed a profound appreciation for entrepreneurship, which sparked his ambition to establish his own healthcare company. His vision is to make high-quality, accessible healthcare available to all-an aspiration that motivated him to pursue PGP from ISB and acquire the skills necessary to lead a successful pharmaceutical venture.

Coming from an agricultural background, Udai has a strong affinity for the environment and is passionate about fostering harmony between human progress and nature. He advocates for sustainable practices and strives to integrate ecological principles into his daily decisions and broader worldview. In his spare time, Udai enjoys horse riding, shooting, and keeping up with the latest developments in the scientific world.

Rajat Dashrath

Rajat Dashrath

Director, Student Life Council

Rajat Dashrath is an Industrial Engineering graduate from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He worked in Strategy and Finance at Candescent (formerly NCR Digital Banking) in Atlanta for the past 6 years, most recently as Manager of Finance where he specialized in Pricing and Go-To-Market strategy, FP&A and M&A. After ten impactful years in the U.S., the Pune native has returned to India with a renewed passion to explore and build ventures in the country’s vibrant startup ecosystem.

Rajat has held several leadership positions – Head Boy of Loyola High School, troop commander in the NCC, Student Body President at Fergusson Jr College, and an active member of the Theta Chi Fraternity at Georgia Tech. He is a dynamic leader and innate people person, who will never run out of energy or his social battery.

On a personal front, he loves to travel and has traveled to 20+ countries, is an avid reader - particularly fiction, mythology and biographies, and a sports enthusiast - represented his school in 6 different sports, 2 at the state level. Fueled by a passion for life and a thirst for discovery, he is always seeking the next horizon, making every moment count.
