Harsh Bhagat

President

I am a Mechanical Engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology. Before ISB, I worked for 5.5 years at ExxonMobil in India and USA. Most of my roles were in the Operations space, where I led plant Integrity Management programs for both upstream and downstream plants. In one of my roles, I worked on an assignment at ExxonMobil’s La Barge Gas Plant in Wyoming, USA for 1.5 years. It was here that I got a chance to work on the world’s largest Carbon Capture Project. I also worked at USA’s largest refinery called the Baton Rouge Refinery in Louisiana leading a 45-day high complexity shutdown event. I am passionate about the energy industry and wish to become a strategic leader in the energy transition. This drove me to seek a leadership position at the Energy and Sustainability Club.

Outside of work, I am passionate about the Tabla, which I have been learning since the age of 6. I also like to play badminton and football.

Anubhav Ghosh

Anubhav served as the Application Development Lead for a business-critical logistics application at Dell Technologies, boasting over 5 years of experience in software product development across multiple stakeholder projects. He has led a team of developers, managing a product crucial for labeling, rating, and manifesting, significantly impacting Dell's Global Supply Chain by processing about 5,000 requests per hour.

Among his notable projects are the successful multi-phase upgrade and infrastructure migration of a critical logistics product and its subsidiaries to a new data center and the end-to-end implementation of the first carbon-neutral carrier for US Domestic shipments, ensuring net-zero CO2 emissions for over 2 million annual deliveries.

Anubhav demonstrates a commitment to excellence, teamwork, and critical thinking. Passionate about volunteering, he actively contributes to CSR efforts in collaboration with various NGOs and sustainability initiatives. Certified in Basic Indian Sign Language from the Ashray-Akruti NGO, Anubhav also enjoys dancing, binge-watching movies, and traveling outside of work.
