An internship at a coal-fired power plant near Mumbai motivated Falgun to contribute to global decarbonization and clean energy transition. Through a Masters in Mechanical Engineering at UCLA, alongside a “Leaders in Sustainability” graduate certificate, and his professional experience across the renewable energy, electric mobility and green hydrogen space through roles at Tesla, SolarSquare Energy, Climate Group (non-profit) and EY, he has driven several initiatives while supporting governments, businesses and financial institutions pursue their decarbonization goals.

Beyond advocating for accelerated climate action, Falgun is a certified Scuba diver, often plays football and regularly hosts board game-nights.

Vice-President

Ivy has 4.5 years of work experience across different verticals of the Renewable Energy Sector. During her stint at Vikram Solar and Enphase Energy, she has worked on several benchmarking activities, feature-gap analysis and GTM strategies for 5+ product variants (Solar Modules and Energy Storage System) across North America, EMEA and APAC. Outside of work, she is a big-time travel enthusiast and has experience in a sustainable travel startup that operates on Experiential Learning Models to foster the benefits of outdoor experiences in the Corporate Space. 

L&D coordinator

Manan is a graduate from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi and has 2.5 years of consulting experience, having worked with Bain Capability Network.

During his tenure, he gained practical insights and industry knowledge, focusing on diverse areas such as Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Sustainability. He actively contributed to projects aimed at promoting sustainable practices within organizations and developed intellectual properties to facilitate this transition.

Manan's entrepreneurial spirit led him to successfully launch startups in the Edtech and co-living space sectors, demonstrating his passion for innovation and business development. Additionally, he is dedicated towards bringing a meaningful change within the community and has engaged with social impact projects such as Project Patradya, which provided livelihood opportunities to Afghan refugees in Delhi.

Events Coordinator

Karan has done his B.Tech in Nautical Technology from BITS and has spent 5 years working with Maersk in various functions of the Maritime Industry, ranging from sailing as a Navigation Officer on sea-going vessels to transitioning to the Digital transformation at Sea Initiative. Throughout his tenure, he has travelled to more than 80 countries and has actively contributed to Sustainability at Sea initiatives related to Decarbonization, Green-Fueled Vessels, and Energy Efficient Route Optimization.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Karan is a true enthusiast of Music and has been playing drums for the past 13 years!

L&D coordinator

An Electronics Engineer from NSIT, Delhi, Ayush has 4.5 years of work experience in the Energy sector across different functions.  He has leveraged his expertise in business development to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the rapidly evolving alternate energy sector. He has worked on building up the nascent biofuel industry by formulating strategies for pricing, expanding infrastructure and increasing the market revenue from biofuels for the company. He also has an experience working with the government for creating a roadmap to plan out the Energy Transition for the Oil & Gas sector.

An avid Formulae One fan, Ayush also loves playing Table Tennis and likes to read sci-fi novels.

Projects Coordinator

Arjit has 7 years of work experience in the sustainable water infrastructure sector. He has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal and has a master’s in construction technology and management from IIT, Delhi.

He has diverse experience handling multiple portfolios in several infrastructure projects across India. During his last tenure, he headed the Project Planning and Controls department of a large water supply project with a concerted focus on sustainability. His initiatives towards sustainable execution of construction of the project led to substantial reduction in carbon emissions and to this effect he also spearheaded a major plantation drive where 100,000 saplings were planted in a year.

Outside of work he is a national level squash player and is a sports enthusiast who also plays golf, snooker, basketball, and all other racquet sports.

Alumni Relations Co-ordinator

Pradyumna is a lawyer with experience spanning corporate law and strategy consulting.

He graduated from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata and started his professional career at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, India’s largest law firm and worked in its M&A, Insolvency and Disputes practices.

He later worked in strategy consulting at Monitor Deloitte, India, and has extensive experience in the EV and mobility space working with OEMs, suppliers, and an EV association.  He assisted them with strategy, market assessment, competitive benchmarking, and commercial due diligence. He also has experience working in agribusiness and financial services space.

Outside of work, Pradyumna enjoys quizzing and playing tennis.
