Sahil brings in more than 5 years of experience working in the Oil & Gas industry. A graduate in Civil Engineering from NIT Hamirpur, he worked with Indian Oil Corporation Limited, gaining valuable experience in the domains of project management, business transformation, asset management & operational efficiency. He has worked extensively on the expansion of fuel retail network, including CNG, CBG and EV charging portfolios.

A passionate sustainability enthusiast, Sahil actively engages in social welfare activities as well. Prior to ISB, he worked at the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, where he engaged with local communities, helping them improve their waste management practices. He also worked with the U&I Trust, a leading NGO in the education space, helping underprivileged children with elementary & high school education.

Through the Energy and Sustainability Club, Sahil is geared towards developing a community of future leaders at ISB, who are aware and equipped with the right skillset to incorporate sustainability in business decision making across industries.

Outside of work, you can find him dabbling with his guitar, singing his heart out and playing Table Tennis.
