Abhishek Sinha has 12+ years of work experience in the domain of Energy, Infrastructure, and Sustainability.  Before ISB, he was working with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) and was involved in the planning and execution of different parts of large thermal power projects including technologies for water and waste treatment, hydrogen generation, fuel handling systems, HVAC, and in various parts of the country.  He has wide experience in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Operations and Strategy.

He is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT-ISM Dhanbad and outside of his professional life, he is passionate about photography, poetry and is also involved in sports like Cricket and Chess Table Tennis and Badminton.

Sourabh has 6+ years of experience working with ExxonMobil in the Petrochemical industry. At ExxonMobil, he has worked in Analytics, Sales, Research and most recently in Supply-chain as a Global Demand Planner. During his time at ExxonMobil, he has led several sustainability projects, helping reduce plastics in circulation and promoting sustainable plastic solutions.

Sourabh is a Mechanical Engineer from NITK, Surathkal. He finds joy in writing, Chess and Ultimate Frisbee. He is an inquisitive individual, who’s wholly intrigued by psychology, evolution, and philosophy. You'll often find him pondering the profound question of life’s purpose.

Alumni Relations Coordinator

Arnab is an ex-Management Consultant with over 6 years of experience across industry and consulting. He has worked in EY and PwC as a Senior Consultant, primarily in the energy sector - covering Oil & Gas, Hydrogen and Biofuels. He had a brief stint with Baker Hughes and EOGEPL as an Artificial Lift engineer. He has developed market entry strategies, new investment plans, prepared organizational reform & restructuring plans, and digital transformation strategies. He has also worked in public policy in the oil and gas sector. As a consultant, he interacted with a wide range of clients covering the Ministry, Regulatory bodies, NOCs, MNCs, MDBs etc.

Arnab is a Petroleum Engineering graduate from IIT-ISM Dhanbad and outside of his professional life, he likes to play Table Tennis and Badminton.

Alumni Relations Coordinator

Manasa has over 4 years of experience as a Global Product Owner at Siemens Digital Industries. She has worked across London and India, contributing to a range of products spanning industries such as Smart Infrastructure and Engineering Simulation Solutions. Her role involved strategic planning, prioritization, and the design of innovative features that drove product success. She has primarily worked on developing software solutions that contribute to Building Energy Efficiency.

She developed a passion in Buildings, IoT and Energy while she was pursuing her pursuing Masters. Her expertise is demonstrated by multiple research papers at renowned international conferences. Manasa has completed her MS by research and bachelor’s in technology from IIIT-Hyderabad. She enjoys a refreshing morning run, basking in the warmth of the sun, and savoring a cup of black coffee.

Events coordinator

Piyush has 2 years of experience in Tata Motors where he was working in a sales role. He was responsible for the sales of commercial passenger vehicles in 7 districts of Haryana. His brush with energy and sustainability came during an internship with IGCAR Kalpakkam where he was working on fast breeder reactors.

Piyush is a mechanical engineer from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He is also an avid reader and likes playing chess.

Events coordinator

Yash Shukla is an Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Raipur. Post graduation in 2017, he joined Indian Oil Corporation Limited as an Officer in Maharashtra. He has close to 5 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing of POL (Petroleum Oil & Lubes) products in rural geographies in Maharashtra. During his tenure at IOC, he was involved in the implementation of flagship government schemes related to LPG such as the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana in four districts in Maharashtra. Post promotion in 2021, he worked as an Assistant Manager (Retail Sales) handling sales of petrol, diesel & lubes through 62 retail outlets in Buldhana district in Maharashtra before joining ISB.

Learning & Development Coordinator

Sitesh is an ex Scientific Officer with over 7 years of experience in the clean energy industry. In his career thus far, Sitesh has made significant contributions to Nuclear Energy sector and has extensive experience in R&D projects, licensing from the regulatory body, operational strategy formulation.

He is a mechanical engineer from Jadavpur University. Outside his professional life he is interested in history, psychology and likes playing Football.

Marketing & Media Coordinator

Mohit Bisht is a military veteran with two decades of service in the Indian Army. Mohit has a wide-ranging experience in combat engineering roles and construction of defense infrastructure. He has proven ability of forge & lead new teams and has raised, trained, and operationalized a combat engineer of 250 in remote mountainous location. He has also successfully led teams of civil defense employees and vendors in construction and maintenance of infrastructure in five military stations. He has experience in long term planning and sanction of infrastructure projects along with advising Government in policy formulation while working with the highest tri-services organization in India.

Mohit is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Pune University and holds a Masters in Thermal Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He enjoys running, swimming, and trekking.
