Deepthi, a computer science engineer, has 7.8 years of work experience in business analysis, data analysis, and product management. After working at Deloitte for 3 years in diverse functions and industries, she moved to Reckitt in their regulatory IT and digital transformation team as a business analyst. During her 4+ year tenure at Reckitt, she worked on various regulatory IT applications as a data migration and integration lead and system owner, designing multiple solutions for complex business requirements and data and process flows for cross-functional applications. She also has a tutoring business where she teaches math and sciences to high school students. She joined the BTC club to broaden her technical and product expertise and contribute her learnings to the cohort.
Priyanshi graduated from BITS Pilani in 2019 and has experience in product, strategy and analytics across ecommerce and fintech. She started her career with Flipkart in analytics division. After a 2-year stint, she moved to Khatabook as a Product Manager. She then had a brief stint at Jiomart, again as a PM. In her free time she likes to read, consume all kinds of content, obsess over cats or just exist.
Tiasha, graduate from Bits Pilani, has 3 years of experience across growth and product. After working in management consulting for about a year, she transitioned to Groww where her focus shifted towards product development and growth, sparking her interest in these areas. As a growth manager, she collaborated extensively with the product team at Groww to develop and implement strategies around engagement and retention of users.
She is an avid Beatles fan and loves watching movies. She is also a massive fan of standup comedy and frequents comedy clubs regularly.
Aditi is an engineering graduate from NSIT, Delhi. She started her career as a Procurement Lead in Airtel, where she led the Supply Chain for Wynk and Airtel Xstream, post which she switched to the role of a Product Experience Manager in Airtel Business, where she was leading a cross-functional team to design product journeys for all B2B New Products. In her personal life, she’s a passionate musician, avid trekker, anime lover and Japanese enthusiast.
Rohit possesses 3.9 years of expertise in the field of information technology. He commenced his professional journey at Morgan Stanley, where he served as an IT consultant for a duration of 2.5 years. Subsequently, he advanced to the position of manager at MS, overseeing a team of 5-6 developers involved in projects aimed at automating legacy processes, thereby minimizing manual effort.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Rohit has gained valuable experience in organizing events during his college days, as well as at his workplace and NGO. During his leisure time, you can find him in either badminton or some food court.
Ishita completed her bachelor’s in computer science from Hansraj College and worked as Senior Product Specialist with Outgrow for close to 3 years before joining ISB. She partnered with multiple leading brands such as L’Oreal, Uber, Schneider Electric and Singapore Press Holdings as part of her journey at Outgrow. She is a product marketing enthusiast and has her independent podcast channel on Spotify with the name of “Let’s Talk Brands”. By joining BTC, she aims to learn more about product management and aims to make in mark in this space.
