Shubham is a BITS Pilani civil engineering graduate with more than 4 years of experience in a range of roles and industries. He started his career as an Analyst at Goodera, a sustainability consulting start-up. Later he moved to shaadi.com in product management role where he worked through multiple functions including monetization, growth, and strategy and solved problems through digital interventions.. Shubham has also collaborated with other non-profit organisations to promote universal access to education. He enjoys reading about human psychology, playing chess, watching sports, and playing hockey outside of work.

Prithvi has 7.5+ years of work experience with Wipro, where he has worked as a Software engineer, Senior Software engineer, and Technical Lead and his last significant role being Solution Architect. Healthcare, Gaming, Banking and Financial services domain SME for clients in India, UK&I geography.

He is an Electronics and Communication Engineer from NIT Warangal. An avid follower of sports, mainly tennis, cricket, and F1. Huge fan of Rafael Nadal and a believer in the philosophy of never giving up. In his free time, he likes to read business/product blogs, geopolitics, and cooking has been a recent addition to this list.

Aditya is an Electronics and Electrical Engineer from BITS Pilani with 4 years of experience in the technology space. He worked as a Software Developer for 2 years and then as Product Manager at The Ken. Beyond work, he is a huge movie buff and claims to have watched 100 movies last year. He is quite passionate about football and has been following Manchester United for more than a decade.

Tanya Agarwal is a Computer Science Engineer from VIT, Vellore, with three years of experience as a software developer at Harman International. Her expertise in the field has allowed her to develop a strong passion for technology. Outside of her professional endeavours, Tanya is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys immersing herself in books and watching movies.

She has over 2.5 years of experience working across functions like marketing, optimisation consulting and product. Roshan is a commerce graduate and CMA from Bangalore and has worked for 3 years in Consulting and 2 years in Product Management. He has been particularly interested in social impact initiatives pertaining to mental health and has spearheaded multiple initiatives that work at the intersection of technology and mental health. Apart from work, Roshan is a seasoned debater and public speaker and can be found moderating sessions or leading public speaking engagements.

Siddharth is a BTech. Graduate from IIT Ropar. He has 5 years of Work-Experience with Flipkart and Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He is very passionate about Tech Innovation and Data/Product Analytics and wants to contribute to the growing digitization in the B2C industry. He has an innate love for sports and never skips a game of football.

Abhishek has spent six years working as a product development engineer in the automotive sector. During that time, he has gained valuable experience working with three different organizations: Mahindra & Mahindra, Hero MotoCorps, and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, focusing on research and development. After completing his MBA, his goal is to transition into a product manager position within a technology company. He believes that the knowledge and skills he has acquired while working with the BTC club will serve as a strong foundation for his career aspirations.
