Aditi Sharma is a veteran who joined the Indian Coast Guard at the age of 21 after completion of her B.Tech. She retired as a Deputy Commandant after 8 years of service to the nation. Before joining ISB, she worked briefly in the aerospace industry. She is a first-generation military officer in a family of mostly teachers.

Over the course of 8 years in the Indian Coast Guard, Aditi was posted in 12 different villages and cities. Her significant postings include Jakhau at the Indo-Pak border in Gujarat, as well as locations in Maharashtra, Kerala, and West Bengal. She was part of numerous anti-smuggling, search and rescue, flood relief, and cyclone relief operations. In 2019, Aditi led the Coast Guard contingent of 100+ men in the Maharashtra State Republic Day Parade.

Aditi worked at Collins Aerospace—a U.S.-based defense and aerospace giant—for a short span of 8 months, where she earned accolades for her work on key NPI and cost-saving projects. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from ASQ, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Through the club, Aditi aspires to bring value to the cohort via peer-to-peer learning, professional training, hands-on experience through industrial visits and close-knit community building.

Cindy Marapatla is a Chemical Engineer who graduated from NIT Warangal in 2021. Since then, she has worked with leading companies in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. At Vedanta Alumina Limited, Lanjigarh, she served as a Control Room Engineer(from 2021-2022) and Technical In-charge(from 2022-2023). In 2023, she transitioned to Dr. Reddy's, where she worked as a Process Engineer Scientist.

Cindy's expertise encompasses core operations in the manufacturing sector and the API scale-up department in pharmaceuticals. Her role in managing operations and her technical acumen in both manufacturing and pharma highlight her strategic thinking and leadership skills, positioning her well for advanced roles in the industry.

Beyond academics and professional commitments, Cindy loves to travel and explore new places. She enjoys singing and playing the piano, which add a creative dimension to her multifaceted personality.
