Abhishek completed his undergraduate in Electrical Engineering from Odisha University of Technology & Research (formerly College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar). He has spent close to 5 years in the Supply Chain vertical of Maruti Suzuki where he worked majorly in the new parts procurement strategies, supply chain management and de-risking. He tries to look for applications of operations and supply chain in every day, every case in his life, and he is also obsessed with Formula 1 and geopolitics.

Vice President

He is an engineer from IIT BHU Varanasi, passionate about problem-solving, and a profound interest in supply chain management. With a substantial 6.5 years of experience at HPCL, he has effectively managed and supervised various areas of operations, such as LPG shipping, imports, stakeholder management, and customer service. Additionally, his skill set encompasses marketing, making him a versatile professional in the industry.

External Relation Coordinator

He has close to three years of work experience in digital consulting at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, where he led the digital transformation team. He worked as a senior consultant and was responsible for overseeing the AI, Analytics, and Robotics Process Automation verticals for AMNS.

In addition to his professional experience, He holds a MicroMasters credential in Supply Chain Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is currently working as a Teaching Assistant at MIT CTL. Vishal's educational background includes a B.E. in computer engineering, where he graduated as a gold medalist and was also featured as the Economic Times Campus Star during his pre-final year. He has a strong interest in Applied AI/ML, consulting, and supply chain management.

Planning & Lead Coordinator

Electrical Engineer from NIT Durgapur, She brings 6.5 years of experience working throughout the entire value chain – from manufacturing, supply chain to B2B Marketing and Business development- of Schneider Electric Power products division. She is extremely passionate about gender equity and harnessing the power of women in manufacturing and business.

Budget & Operations Coordinator

Hari Prasad worked at Maruti Suzuki India Limited for 3.8 years in its supply chain vertical and has an extensive expertise in automobile supply chain management. He handled the sourcing and procurement of an annual buying portfolio worth over 1500 Cr at MSIL. He did his electrical engineering from NIT Calicut and is also a skilled cricket player who represented NIT Calicut in the All India Inter NIT competition during his time at college.

Learning and development coordinator

An ex-merchant navy officer with six years of experience in maritime operations and supply chain management. He is skilled in crisis management, stakeholder management, maritime compliance, risk control, and people management. Having worked with the Danish shipping giant, Maersk Line, he led a team of 16 nationalities and explored 35 countries. Outside of work, he finds joy in engaging in music performances and embarking on thrilling treks.

Alumni Relations Coordinator

Sourabh has completed in degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur and worked as an Aviation Operations Manager for 4.5 in Oil and Gas PSU - BPCL. He has worked in 9 different locations across India from serving Air Force stations to catering to remote corners of the Northeast.

Holding B-Tech & M-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT BHU, his career at Coal India Ltd. showcases exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and operational efficiency. He excels in optimizing fleet logistics, implementing innovative solutions, and is certified in radiation safety and SAP plant maintenance. His diverse skill set and commitment to community engagement make him a valuable asset in any professional environment.

Marketing & Communication Coordinator

With a degree in Business Administration, He bring 7 years of valuable experience across various sectors. He has successfully launched two start-ups and worked in the realms of technology, retail, health, and social impact. Notably, He has built a comprehensive logistics network from scratch for his omnichannel start-up. He is passionate about leveraging his expertise to drive meaningful change and create innovative solutions in the business world.
