Suhas, is a military Veteran with 15+ years of experience in Project/ Program management in waterfall and agile frameworks. He has demonstrated experience in project lifecycle worth INR 25000 Cr involving design, planning, construction, customer delivery , exploitation and post-delivery support of complex technical projects in manufacturing and heavy engineering sector. Suhas has demonstrated leadership by imparting training, mentoring and motivating cross functional teams with 600+ people in 06 workshops to achieve organizational objectives under time constraints. He is a technology enthusiast and has spearheaded 5 digitalization projects to improve efficiency of the organization including use of VR technology at early design stage to reduce time taken for production by 20 %. Suhas is keen to take up roles in leadership, strategy and operation roles in companies at the intersection of emerging technology and manufacturing.

He excels in areas such as standardization, vendor development, supply chain planning, and material management. With a strong network of over 100 suppliers, ranging from MSMEs to Global OEMs, he has demonstrated expertise in procurement of engineering components. Harshit is known for his proficiency in team building, nurturing supplier-client relationships, and possesses strong analytical and numeric skills.

Outside of his professional career, Harshit Anand engages in various hobbies and extracurricular activities. He actively participates in community service projects, exemplified by the appreciation he received from the Divine International Foundation for his outstanding work for a social cause. Additionally, Harshit has a passion for sports, photography, and exploring new places. His well-rounded interests contribute to his holistic approach to life and his ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

L&D Coordinator

Lohitha brings a comprehensive understanding of technology and coding to the table with nearly 3 years of experience of developing ColdFusion at Adobe. She possesses expertise in developing web applications, dynamic websites, and efficient database interactions. Her problem-solving skills and analytical mindset enable her to troubleshoot and debug code effectively while implementing innovative solutions.

Lohitha is a trained dancer in Kuchipudi. With imbibed discipline and perseverance through the years of training Lohitha likes to take up challenges and is good at multi-tasking.

L&D Coordinator

Neha brings with her a 7-year diverse background in private and public sectors. At TCS, as a SharePoint Farm Administrator, leveraging her problem-solving, communication, and client management skills, she effectively managed and catered to clients' needs. At Airports Authority of India, she was involved in the Operation and Maintenance of the Indian Satellite-Based Navigation System-GAGAN where her primary responsibilities revolved around fault isolation and resolution, ensuring a 100% Signal-in-space. She acquired proficiency in handling procurement, preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs), and effectively planning and execution of Change Management activities. Additionally, she contributed to the development and enhancement of GAGAN software tools aimed at optimizing processes.

She holds a degree in Electronics and Communications engineering from Birsa Institute of Technology, Sindri, Dhanbad.

Events Coordinator

Tanmay is a Chemical Engineer from BITS Pilani, he comes with 5.5 years of experience in strategic planning and business management. He has worked in the petrochemical sector with Reliance Industries in its polyolefin, elastomer, and composite businesses. He has diverse expertise in product pricing, planning, and supply chain management. He was instrumental in successfully leading the project of initiating the manufacturing of composites at Reliance Composite Solutions. He has also worked with ICICI Securities as the strategy lead for their Business Partners channel. He has played a key role in upscaling the business and helping the firm jump ranks in terms of partner acquisition.

Outside of work, he is a travel enthusiast who loves to go explore places and go on adventure treks. He likes to dance and play badminton.

Events Coordinator

Puli Sarath worked with Larsen & Toubro Construction in the Water & Effluent Treatment Business. He possess a solid foundation in project management, problem-solving, and technical expertise. He is skilled in planning and executing construction projects, overseeing various aspects of operations. He had a crucial involvement in securing projects for the business as a senior contracts engineer.

He is a Civil Engineer from Vellore Institute of Technology, (VIT) Vellore and pursued Post Graduation in Advanced Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management And Research (NICMAR). When he’s not busy, you can find him playing badminton and he enjoys gaming and reading books.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Nikhil comes with 2.5 years of experience in the field of marketing. His first stint after college was with ValueLabs, where he helped build a new content marketing team and handled marketing communications for the firm including social media, website, advertising, and PR campaigns. Eventually, he joined as a freelance marketing consultant at Hakuna Matata, a leading IoT, and Industry 4.0 solutions provider, and helped the company build hundreds of new leads through organic marketing.

By education, Nikhil holds a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from NIT Trichy. He is also passionate about traveling, spirituality, and sports.

Alumni Relations Coordinator

Sasikanth is a mechanical engineer graduated from VIT university in the year 2018. He has an experience of 4.7 Years in operations at Dufil prima foods(A JV of Tolaram and Indofoods). In addition to this, he is a certified Six Sigma black belt holder. He has gained a vast knowledge in the refinery operations and Palm Oil Handling operations, where he spent 2.75 years. For the next 2 years, he was posed with a challenge to commission and started the new cassava flour mill, which he efficiently handled and stabilized the operations. He has been a crucial resource in developing the process for producing cassava flour with the right quality. He has good analytical skills and always interested in solving complex problems.

Alumni Relations Coordinator

Mudit Garg has 5.5 years of work experience with a strong background in operations management and a passion for strategic leadership. During his time at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, he gained exposure to different verticals like Supply chain, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Project Management. He contributed to BPCL by optimizing supply chain networks and increasing operational efficiency. He has also handled projects related to complete automation of Oil terminal along with the team from ABB and Deloitte. He holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra and is interested in strategy design and consulting.

Outside his professional life, he likes to go on treks and do adventure sports. He always looks forward to trying local delicacies.
