Shivashree completed her bachelors in Chemical Engineering from SRM Institute of Science and Technology and went onto work as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Saint-Gobain for 5 years before joining ISB. She loves all things Brand and Marketing, which led her to launch Saint-Gobain’s B2C vertical in India.
Through her 5 year tenure she has worked with the top advertising, media and market research agencies - Leo Burnett, Dentsu, Nielsen. Outside of the Marketing world Shivashree enjoys travelling across the globe and playing basketball. She also makes great Chicken Biryani!
Born and brought up in Calcutta, Khusshraj did his Bachelors in Business from Christ University, Bangalore. He started off his career in operations at ExxonMobil, one of the world’s largest energy companies, and gradually pivoted to sales.
In his last role, he was managing Mobil brand's automotive lubricants business for the state of Telangana. An avid follower of pop culture, he has special interests in luxury space - spanning across segments such as watches, shoes, and fashion.
Urvashi is passionate about bringing brands to life through media. She has led client relationships, online brand reputation as well as helped brands scale their online businesses across the D2C space. Through her advertising stint at Schbang, she has worked with clients such as Loreal, Domino’s, Dyson, etc. and helped them launch new products and D2C websites, develop an omnichannel buying experience, and grow their online communities.
Urvashi holds an undergraduate degree in commerce from the University of Delhi. She’s a physical fitness enthusiast, a national hockey player, and loves to dedicate her weekends to meaningful social work.
Adhiraj comes with five years of work experience, having worked across sales, process improvements and relationship management in the field of Treasury Management. During his undergrad days, he had interned with Samsung and ITC, conducting market research surveys for them. He further interned with Ogilvy, serving brands such as West Bengal Tourism and Vodafone. He’s amicable, hospitable, and hungry to keep learning.
Born & brought up in Delhi, Shreya is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. She has 2.5 years of work experience at a Health & Wellness startup ‘TruHabit’ spanning Paid Advertising, Retention Marketing & Brand Communication. She has also been a part of the research & development team of a new personal care brand ‘Undry’.

Dhruv’s interest lies at the intersection of story-telling, content and brand building. Prior to joining ISB, he managed communications at the Centre for Policy Research (CPR), one of India’s oldest and leading public policy think tanks. He has also consulted organizations in the advertising, media and production space to launch digital properties.
Dhruv pursued the Young India Fellowship from Ashoka University in 2016. He holds an undergraduate degree in commerce from the University of Delhi. He loves to read, swim and travel and dislikes long emails.
Aditi is a commerce grad from Ramjas, DU. She has 3 years of work experience in multiple industries. She started her career at Ogilvy and pivoted to the music industry as the band manager for The Local Train. She later moved on to Zomato where she handled Ahmedabad’s B2B business as the youngest Area Sales Manager in the company. She then handled her sustainable paper startup as a side hustle along with Growth and Partnerships at networkcapital.tv where she worked in the education sector.
Outside class and work, she can be seen skating across campus, working on sustainable businesses and being an adventure sports enthusiast.
A graduate in Visual Communication from MOP Vaishnav, Shilpa loves everything marketing. She has been part of multiple freelancing projects and a frontrunner in content marketing and social media management for several artists, brands, and events.
Her experience has made her adept at handling sales and management, allowing her to be the founder and sole proprietor of Madras Merch Market, an e-commerce merchandise brand. Apart from being an entrepreneur, she is a professional violinist, passionate dancer, and overall an amiable individual.
Sharmishta is a marketing major from Symbiosis, Pune. She’s worked in the media and advertising space where she spearheaded campaigns for clients like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
When she doesn’t have her thinking hat on, you’ll find her on the ukulele, reading the latest Dan Brown and scrolling away on Instagram.
