Aroma is a marketing enthusiast with 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, branding, and entrepreneurship working at ad agencies - Kinnect, Dentsu Webchutney, Red Baron, and Buzz Beeyond. She has worked across different industries like entertainment, e-commerce, tech, and more with Flipkart, Swiggy, Intel, Zee, etc. She has a great passion for brand management and social media marketing and loves helping SMEs leverage digital advertising - which is what her start-up was all about! Pandemic or not, she has been able to scale brands and show the benefits of digital marketing. With a keen eye for details, she personally enjoys blogging, doodling, and brush lettering. She is always down for a cup of coffee and a good chat about anything under the sun!

Aditya Seth

Aditya is a marketing enthusiast with a diverse experience of 9 years across advertising, brand management, business development and financial audit. Coming to ISB from account management with creative advertising and strategy agency DentsuOne, he has developed a passion for launching and developing brands. Having led advertising efforts for Coca-Cola India’s Hydration Portfolio, he brings infectious enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset to every initiative he takes up. Aditya has the (mis?)fortune of being a loyal fan of Juventus football club for over twenty years, and is a nature lover with a passion for wildlife and landscape photography.

Bharat Virmani

Learning & Development Coordinator 


Bharat is a passionate marketer with over 4 years of experience in advertising, digital and startup marketing. He was the content team lead for Boring Brands, a startup marketing agency. He has helped create award-winning campaigns for a variety of startup and VC clients. He handled the rebranding of UrbanClap to UrbanCompany from the agency side. His podcast campaign for Bertelsmann India Investments was featured in the Apple's Best Business Podcast list. He started an online dance academy in the middle of the pandemic and scaled it over 100 customers in 9 months. Personally, he loves storytelling, poetry, and stand-up comedy.

Rohit Radhakrishnan

Learning & Development Coordinator


Rohit is multi-disciplinary marketing enthusiast with 5+ years of experience straddling B2C and B2B advertising and marketing across sectors such as e-commerce, FMCG, technology and social work. He most recently led marketing for an e-commerce start-up called BeepKart, which newly raised $3M in seed funding from angel investors including tech founders such as Kunal Shah, Varun Alagh and Sahil Barua. Prior to that, he helped build brands such as ITC Master Chef, HCL Technologies, SAP, California Almonds and Hero Motocorp. Rohit brings great energy to the team and is the go-to-person for solutions. He is also a trained singer and can be seen performing regularly on campus.

Avneet Sohal

Events Coordinator


Avneet has over 3.5 years of work experience split between digital marketing and experiential marketing. A commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, she started her career in the industry with Pulp Strategy - a digital marketing agency and then took on the role of Account Manager at a marketing communications startup before moving to Vibgyor – an experiential marketing agency. Avneet has excellent stakeholder management skills and was thus entrusted with servicing two of the agency’s key accounts -Samsung and Beam Suntory. Outside the marketing world, she is a book bug who loves to travel. She has a major sweet tooth and is borderline Joey when it comes to sharing desserts.

Trisha Poddar

Events Coordinator


An architect by education, Trisha has 3 years of work experience in diverse functions of social media marketing, project management and customer relationship management. As a social media executive, she navigated business growth of Lonely Planet, Harper Collins, Eli Lilly and Taj Hotels through effective social media marketing, strategy and advertising solutions. Post this stint, she became a part of the core team of the Sikkim government initiative (Chief Minister Rural Housing Mission) aimed to bring about qualitative improvement in the housing status for the underprivileged in the state. She is extremely passionate about giving back to the community and besides being an adventure sports and travel enthusiast, she is an avid reader and a serial baker.

Pranav Patre

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Pranav has over 2.5 years of Business Analytics experience in Deloitte USI. An engineer by education, he has worked on various technical project implementations for US clients in the Operations Transformation vertical of Deloitte. He has also worked on strategy consulting projects and drafting professional RFPs to major clients. This experience was instrumental in shaping his professionalism and management acumen. A marketing fanatic and passionate learner, he seeks to enhance his business outlook in the fields of marketing and operations through his ISB experience. Outside of work, he loves to play football, chess, guitar and actively participates in volunteering for NGOs. He is also an avid stand-up comedy fan and is always up for a conversation with people.


Chandra Brahmasa

Chandra is a sales enthusiast who despite being from an Engineering background was thrown into the deep-end as the first sales hire at Paperflite, a SaaS startup. He scaled the growth of the company from pre-revenue to $1M+ in annual recurring revenue within 3 years and built the customer success and sales processes followed at the organization today. He is an equity holder at Paperflite. Chandra is passionate about sales, customer experience and problem solving, and is an aspiring Product Manager. Outside of work you can find him binging on food, gaming and playing and watching football. Chandra is an ardent doggo lover and a Chelsea FC fanatic.

Aagam Jain

Career Advancement Coordinator


Aagam is a start-up enthusiast and a marketeer at heart. He is a Civil Engineering graduate from IIT (BHU) Varanasi with around 4 years of work experience. He started his career with OYO as an Associate to look after the Sales Strategy for North India. He then moved to a category management role for the Expansion & Growth team primarily looking after the revenue of newly launched cities. He then worked in the Network Planning division as a Program Manager before moving to the Remote Onboarding vertical, heading OYO’s Indian market. Before coming to ISB he was heading the core parking business for Park+, primarily looking after Product Strategy, Supply Excellence and Category Management. Out of work, he likes to swim, jamming Indie songs and loves trekking & sharing life stories sitting around a bonfire.
