With a solid academic foundation in commerce, accountancy, and finance, Prriyam has cleared two levels of the CFA program, reflecting his deep passion for financial markets.
Prriyam brings with him 2.5 years of experience from his family business in the women’s fashion industry. As the Director of Sales and Marketing at Banjaran India, a prominent B2B Indian-ethnic wear manufacturer based in Kolkata, he has led the brand’s pan-India success. He implemented data-driven sales and dispatch operations, significantly improving operational efficiencies. Prriyam has enhanced brand visibility through active participation in exhibitions, which has helped forge strong partnerships with retailers. His efforts in digitizing the production management processes have improved customer experience.
Before his role at Banjaran India, Prriyam worked as a Market Analyst at Axxela Advisory in Kolkata for a year. During his tenure, he traded in US Fed Funds Rate and SOFR Futures contracts, managed substantial market exposures, and developed trading strategies based on market analysis.
At ISB, Prriyam serves as the President of the Retail and E-commerce Club, where he is keen to gain strategic insights that he can apply to his family’s fashion business, with aspirations of creating a global brand. His leadership experience is further enriched by his active involvement in Toastmasters. As the President of the Kolkata Youth Toastmasters Club for the past two years, he has honed his public speaking and leadership skills, helping others to do the same.
Prriyam is deeply committed to community development. He has established weekly math workshops for school-going children and developed a conversational AI platform to assist students with their questions. This initiative demonstrates his dedication to using technology to enhance educational opportunities.

Kritika Gupta comes with nearly four years of diverse experience. She graduated with B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, one of India's premier institutions. Kritika began her career at DE Shaw, where she excelled as a Financial Research Associate, leading multiple projects and managing key stakeholders. She was the youngest member of the mentorship circle here.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Kritika established a self-service departmental store in Mohali. In this venture, she showcased her versatility by handling everything from ideation to execution, demonstrating her multifaceted skill set and leadership prowess.
In her free time, Kritika is mostly found in Badminton court, dance room or chit-chatting with her friends. She is also a very active participant in extracurricular activities and has won several debate competitions. As the Vice President of the Retail & E-Commerce Club, she aims to play a pivotal role in driving initiatives and fostering a collaborative community.
