Hailing from Mumbai, Ayushi completed her bachelor's degree in management studies and embarked on an exciting journey in brand management at Nykaa. Later, she transitioned to Plum (D2C), where she managed new product development and channel marketing. With an inherent passion for exploration and genuine love for connecting with individuals, this club was the perfect choice for her to foster connections and make valuable contributions.
Rishabh has almost 6 years of experience in the Retail and E-Commerce space. He is a second-generation entrepreneur who has experience across 3 industries in the FMCG space - Edible Oil, Snacks and Beverage. He has worked in building brands through his firm RMC Marketing Pvt. Ltd., where he developed the skill of distribution, sales and marketing brands in the General Trade market of the FMCG sector. Based out of Pune, Rishabh has established a strong hold in the Western Indian geography, where his firm has worked in strategizing category launches in 200+ cities and 30,000+ outlets for brands like Yellow Diamond, HELL Energy drinks and Paperboat to name a few.
He has played cricket professionally and is an ardent fan of sports. He likes to play badminton, table tennis and snooker in his free time.
Santhosh has 5 years of diverse experience in business expansion, strategy, business development, and influencer management. He graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. After working at Axis Bank as an Assistant Manager in the Internal Audit team, he pursued his passion for technology-driven startups.
At Wheelseye, he played a key role in building the sales and operations team from scratch in South India. Later, at simsim (acquired by Google), he focused on influencer onboarding and studio partnerships. He also contributed to the growth of ShareChat TV business by working in Strategy & Operations team.
Passionate about retail and e-commerce, Santhosh is currently seeking strategy and general management roles while engaging with the Retail and E-commerce Club at ISB.
In his free time, he enjoys playing chess, solving sudoku, and is an avid fan of MS Dhoni.
Shubhi is a strategy and marketing enthusiast with about 3 years of work experience. She started her career in the field of Data Science with ZS Associates, developing strategy and ML models for leading pharmaceutical clients in the US and UK. She pivoted to a leading firm in the FMCG industry, Procter & Gamble where she led the projects in the Analytics & Insights space for category growth in the Grooming industry (Gillette) across all markets in Asia, Middle East & Africa. A graduate from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, Shubhi enjoys painting, dancing, and trekking.
Abhishek is a marketing professional and has worked in the fintech industry for over 2 years. Having secured his admission to the PGP via the Young Leaders Programme, Abhishek worked as a Senior Marketing Executive at Deriv, a financial trading company, and was based out of Dubai. He has lived in Dubai for 7 years and completed his undergraduate education from BITS Pilani Dubai Campus.
Outside of work, Abhishek is really passionate about aerospace engineering and aviation. In his free time, you can find him reading, listening to music or watching documentaries. In addition to that, he loves sports and actively follows cricket, football and formula 1.
Adithya is a mechanical engineer with nearly 4.5 years of experience in the R&D space.
He is a graduate of the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, where he pursued Mechanical Engineering. He joined the R&D team of TVS Motor Company in 2018 and designed components for export motorcycles, while also driving its cost reduction program to accrue savings to the tune of INR 150 million in a year. At Bosch India, his work in the engineering team involved feasibility evaluation of cost reduction proposals and failure investigation. During his stint at Bosch, Adithya also led the variety reduction program for a specific type of diesel fuel injection pump. He has also filed patents for his designs in the automotive domain and has won innovation contests like Techgium 2018 by L&T Technology Services.
Adithya is interested in the marketing realm and loves creative marketing. He has a flair for photography and video making. Things he would never say ‘no’ to at any time are rides and good food.
Sukriti has almost four years of experience in research and advisory. She started her career at Barclays where she developed expertise in preparing industry reports and company financial analysis to support the UK corporate banking division. Subsequently, she moved to Gartner where she published thought-provoking research and actionable insights for CFOs and finance leaders from Fortune 500 companies. She looks forward to driving the club’s learning initiatives for peers who are keen to transition to the retail and e-commerce industry.
Sukriti completed her graduation in economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. She holds a master’s degree in economics from the University College London. She is also a trained Odissi dancer and loves to sing, practice yoga and do journaling in her spare time.
Rajshekar is a Commerce graduate and has 4 years of work experience in E-commerce and Taxation industry. He started his career at Deloitte as a Tax Consultant where he provided Global Mobility services to Danish clients. He then joined Amazon as a Business Analyst in the Fee Strategy team forging Amazon’s competitive advantage in the industry.
He’s a huge movie buff, likes to play TT, badminton. You can talk to him about Star wars, politics and anime.
Rahul, a mathematics graduate from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, has spent nearly 3 years in the monetization team at Glance (InMobi group). As a part of the CBO's office, he successfully identified and executed monetization initiatives for Glance. He has collaborated with various e-commerce clients, including Swiggy, Myntra, and Amazon.
Outside of work, he likes to travel, explore new cafes and is a hardcore Mercedes fan.
