The Toastmasters Club of ISB is a Club affiliated to Toastmasters International, a global non-profit organisation aimed at developing one’s public speaking & leadership skills.  The paid members of the Club enrol themselves in Toastmasters Pathways, which are learning journeys catered to developing a variety of communication skills. The Club organises regular meetings where members deliver prepared speeches and extempore speeches, followed by peer feedback and evaluations, thereby creating a collaborative learning environment. The Club conducts speaker sessions with ISB alumni who are established public speakers. Toastmasters Club collaborates with other Clubs as well for joint events around soft skills in different arenas. The Club also participates in various speech contests organised by Toastmasters International where the members compete with other Clubs in the Area, District and Region.
