About/Mission

You think Women in Business is all about women? Think again! The Women In Business Club (WiB) aims to promote, empower and enable the cohort at ISB to become stronger leaders and foster a more gender equal corporate culture post ISB.
Our goals:

1. Enable member to become leaders who build organisations that create an environment of growth and oneness.
2. Promote gender sensitisation in the workplace to help cultivate a more gender equal corporate culture across industries.
3. Ensure the overall development of women at ISB through open forums, networking events and mentorship initiatives.
4. Initiate conversations with women leaders and leaders of gender-neutral companies across the globe and translate these experiences into opportunities for students at large at ISB
5. Enabling members to fearlessly express, learn and grow in a judgement free environment
