Charvi Gupta Sinha

President

 

A feminist and strong believer of sustainable gender equality, Charvi believes in making the world a more inclusive place and wants to work towards achieving gender equality earlier than the predicted 122 years! To achieve her vision of holistic inclusivity, Charvi keenly focuses on the tenets on allyship, sensitisation and diversity through the various WIB initiatives.

Charvi has pursued B.A. (Hons.) Philosophy from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, DU and has been conferred with the Indian Philosophical Congress Medal (University Gold Medal) for consistently securing the first position across all semesters. Post this, Charvi worked as an Analyst at KPMG India Private Limited in the Corporate Finance (Deal Advisory) team for close to 2 years. In her free time, Charvi likes to sing, watch movies and occasionally stir up her culinary skills.


Sangeetha Padmanabhan

Vice President

 

Sangeetha has around 2.5 yrs of experience working as an Analyst at Deloitte Consulting where she was part of a US-based public sector project aimed at helping state govt. in administering Medicaid benefits to its citizens.

She completed her B.Tech in ECE from VIT in 2018 wherein she led the Enactus student chapter, an organisation that promotes upliftment of the underprivileged through entrepreneurial action. As part of this, she also led several initiatives that empowered women to become financially independent.

She has received training in Indian classical music for over 8 yrs.


Isha Arora

 Alumni Relations Coordinator

 

Isha has leveraged her passion for technology and finance to develop products for traders over the last 3 years. Prior to ISB, she worked in Fidelity Investments across asset management and foreign exchange trading units. By education, she is a computer science engineer, graduated from NIT Kurukshetra. In her spare time, Isha can be found running or reading books.

Sakshi Singhal

CAC Coordinator

Sakshi is a Computer Science graduate with around four years of work experience. She has worked with Commvault Systems in the development department. Having been part of a similar body and placement committee during undergrad inspired her to join the core team of WIB as Career Advancement Coordinator. She wants to transition into product management post-ISB. Her hobbies include cooking and travelling.

Shantanu Gharpure

Events Coordinator

 

Shantanu did his B.Tech from NIT Nagpur and went on to study liberal arts for one year at Ashoka University. He comes with a 4.5 years of work experience in social impact. He considers working with rural women in Maharashtra as one of the most transformative experiences of his life. He is an avid reader and deeply believes in the power of good story-telling.

Megha Pahwa

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

 

Megha graduated with a B.Tech in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology. Post that, she has 5 years of experience as a technology consultant at SAP. There, she was also a member of the Diversity & Inclusion team where she developed a passion for issues such as gender equality. Her hope is to utilize the WiB platform to create awareness and conversations within the cohort about subconscious gender biases.

Mrunmayee Goda

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Mrunmayee completed her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and pursued a diploma in communications. She has worked in the Public Relations and Corporate Communications industry for three years, servicing clients across various industries. She has a love for learning new languages, exploring music, films and travelling.

Aditya Longani

L&D Coordinator

As L&D coordinator, Aditya drafted newsletters & developed the podcast series ‘You’ in which members of our cohort shared their personal stories about facing gender discrimination, breaking the glass ceiling etc.

Aditya is a CA and had cleared all levels of CFA. At ISB, he was conferred with the prestigious Merit List for academic performance (top 10%). He has worked with PwC and Deloitte in Corporate Finance.

He is also the writer of a nationally published book called “Of Life, Of Love”. His life’s guiding principle is to ‘live in the moment. His interests are varied - he loves tech, long walks, pizzas and meeting new people.


Tanvi Shrivastava

L&D Coordinator

Tanvi completed her Bachelors in Business Administration and pursued a career in Mergers & Acquisitions. She worked with KPMG India, in the Financial Due Diligence practice, where she assisted corporates and private equity firms with buy-side and vendor initiated deals. Through her work, she gained exposure in Pharmaceuticals, IT and Retail sectors.

At KPMG, Tanvi also actively engaged in KPMG corporate social responsibility activities such as creating study material for school students and teaching elementary Mathematics. In her leisure time, Tanvi likes to experiment with cooking.


Vidhi Agarwal

L&D Coordinator

Having studied for 17 years in an all-girls/women environment, Vidhi strongly believed in the power of women in all walks of life. At WIB, she wished to further the cause of gender equality in the workplace, by charting the plan for the year, co-ideating and helping execute sensitisation programs.

Vidhi studied Economics at Lady Shri Ram College, DU and was a Data Analyst at Citibank. She enjoys music, travel, yoga and social volunteering.
