Pratima Dantuluri

President

An army kid by birth, a hotelier by profession, and a volunteer by choice, Pratima has always championed various causes, including sustainable gender equality. At ISB, she aims to achieve this by sensitizing the cohort towards gender biases, upskilling and empowering future women leaders, and promoting the role of allyship through various activities. 

From changing seven schools during her academic life and learning to thrive in diversity to working as an Accommodations Operations manager with ITC Hotels for over five years and catering to a global customer base, her experiences have instilled a sense of agility and adaptability. 

She's a fearless and driven soul who enjoys dancing and doing everything outdoorsy, whether it's playing a sport, trekking or traveling.


Shreya Pahuja

Vice President

An engineer by education and an analyst-consultant by profession, Shreya has a work experience of ~ 4 years; part BCG, part NITI Aayog, Government of India. During her journey so far – she has led & executed client facing consulting & analytics modules in strategy & transformation projects across multiple industries and geographies.

Work aside, she loves traveling, playing badminton, or else would often be found cuddling and lying right next to her dog throughout the weekends.

She is empathetic, passionate, and never shies away for speaking for what she believes in. “Never give up, come what the situation is” is the life mantra she has followed so far and hopes to absorb the same in the further years too!


Isha Agrawal

Learning and Development Coordinator

Isha is an engineering graduate from NSIT and has 3 years of work experience across consulting and product management. She likes the challenge of building things from ground up and has sought the opportunities to do so at work and outside.

A firm believer in importance of gender equity, she believes ISB is the right place to sensitise and equip future business leaders to create inclusive organisations. Outside of work, she likes to turn to music and books to unwind.


Murali Krishna Nandanavanam

Learning and Development Coordinator

Murali is a Chartered Accountant and had worked with the Financial Investigations and Due-Diligence practice of KPMG prior to joining ISB. He’s fascinated about solving complex problems in teams and loves talking about finance and investing. At WiB, his role involves driving inclusivity and allyship within the cohort through various L&D initiatives. An avid Rajinikanth fan, Murali likes discussing movies, wildlife and cricket in his free time.

Apoorva Choudhary

Event Coordinator

Apoorva is an engineering graduate from NIT Warangal. Post that, she worked in the manufacturing sector (PepsiCo) for a year and then switched to consulting (ZS Associates). Having worked in diverse fields, she realised the existing gender disparities across different industries. Through WIB, she wishes to sensitise the cohort in ISB - future business leaders - to create inclusive workplaces.

In her free time, Apoorva likes to write poems, play foosball and dance to Bollywood tunes.


Vaibhav Chandel

Event Coordinator

Hailing from the Himalayas, Vaibhav is a mountain boy at heart. Quite ironically, he went to work as a marine engineer sailing on merchant ships, covering 10+ countries and working with over seven nationalities.

Vaibhav realized early on during his voyages that he was more fascinated by the business side of things and shifted from sailing on ships to managing a business for those ships. Across the two roles, he has almost three years of experience.

When he is not working, he is often found running, swimming, working out, or playing football. He also loves to spend Sunday evenings listening to poetry or old Hindi music, preferably while cooking up a healthy meal.


Shivreet Majithia

After completing her computer science engineering, Shivreet ventured into consulting at ZS Associates where she got the opportunity to work with a variety of pharmaceutical clients across the globe. An avid traveler at heart & a team player by nature, you will always see her taking charge of all kinds of events be it related to sports, fests or even planning a trip. She loves to meet new people and is always up for adventure and taking the road less traveled.

Saloni Mimani

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

A marketing professional & AdWoman, Saloni has a career spanning 3 years in the marketing world. She’s worked across agencies and brands, crafting communication for a diverse set of clients. She’s passionate about blending strategy & creativity - and striking a chord with her ideas. 

When she’s not breathing all things marketing, she’s busy scribbling away in her journal, dreaming about spaghetti or gushing over cute dogs.


Manubha Garg

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Manubha is a computer science engineer and prior to ISB, she worked as a full-stack engineer in the Financial Services Industry. 

When Manubha’s not working, she enjoys reading, doing digital illustrations, and planning for her next adventure with her backpack and camera.
