Nupur has worked at Maruti Suzuki for ~6 years in an Internal Strategy Role, representing the firm at national forums to drive vehicle sustainability policies with the Government of India.

She is dedicated to fostering an empowering ecosystem that fuels conversation, collaboration, mentorship & skill development, where women and allies thrive. Nupur aims to equip the cohort with the tools to become inclusive leaders, break barriers and drive positive transformations in the business landscape, while cultivating a more equitable future for women in the corporate world.


Vidhushri Singhal

Vidhushri comes with over 4 years of experience in the Higher Education and EdTech space. She has worked in founders’ offices on institution building and growth strategy projects as well as, as a customer success manager for strategic enterprise clients.

She hopes that, through the WiB club, every member finds their unique voice and develops the skills and confidence to become champions of gender equity. She wishes to create a safe space for members to question norms, learn from each other, and go on to become leaders responsible for a more equitable working world.


Pranjali Jadhav

Pranjali brings over 6 years of experience. Her most recent role was as Chief of Staff at a B2B services and SaaS product-based startup, where she successfully managed strategic cross-functional projects from inception to execution. Previously, she garnered experience as a People Advisor at Accenture.

Pranjali aims to create a supportive network for members, enabling individual development and fostering a vibrant community. She seeks to provide access to valuable opportunities and drive cultural change, establishing a sustainable structure for the global advancement of women.


Aditi Majumdar

Learning and Development Coordinator

Prior to ISB, Aditi worked as a Risk Analyst at Citibank in the India Credit Cards business. She graduated from Lady Shri Ram College with a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Economics in 2020. 

Aditi hopes to create a safe space conducive to conversation, learning and unlearning. She believes that the diversity in experiences of the cohort is an asset that will someday help create a more inclusive workplace for all genders.


Sushma Jagannath

Learning and Development Coordinator

During her professional stint pre-ISB, Sushma worked as a renewable energy analyst at Rystad Energy for five years wherein she analysed the global renewable energy industry and the green energy strategies of Oil and Gas Supermajors. She was the first female line manager in her office. Sushma has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.

Sushma is passionate about gender equity and intersectional feminism. Through her role as Learning & Development coordinator, she aims to help the cohort use their year of transformation to build confidence, upskill and form a tight-knit community of women and allies.


Gaurav Dokania

Events Coordinator

Gaurav has over 5 years of work experience across Deloitte India's Risk Advisory practice and Goldman Sachs' Global Markets Division with an exposure to BFSI, Industrial Manufacturing, Information Technology Services and Oil & Gas industries.

He aims to provide a conducive space to create awareness and advocate equal opportunities for women with the student community that share similar goals. As an ally, he desires to amplify the voices of women, share their successes, provide recognition for their contributions, combat gender bias & ensure equal visibility for everyone.


Lalitya Tatavarthi

Lalitya served as a Lieutenant Commander in the Indian Navy for 9 years. She is a certified 'Dockmaster' and specialised in construction & design of warship and submarines. She has a bachelor's in civil engineering from MIT, Manipal and a Post Graduate Diploma in Naval Construction from IIT Delhi.

Lalitya aims to bring the cohort together to foster dialogue and action towards making the ecosystem at large more equitable. She realises that it’s extremely easy to resign to tropes, both good and bad, and it would be an endeavour of hers to bust myths and biases that both men and women have. 


Aarushi Mishra

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Aarushi is a lawyer with 2 years of experience in the field of intellectual property where she specialized in trademarks & copyright. She graduated from O.P. Jindal Global University.

She hopes to create a safe, inclusive space for women and allies where they are sensitized & given the tools to understand the importance of gender equity and representation in leadership roles. She aims to enable the cohort to engage in the empowerment of women and all that it entails.


Meera Anand

Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Meera is a marketeer, advertiser & creative strategist, with 3 years of experience in building brands & telling stories. She has worked with WPP and BYJU'S before her journey at ISB.

"Not just for women, by women- but every professional who steps into the corporate world". This is the vision behind her intended contribution in the club. She aims to build a community that thrives, uplifts, supports, applauds, sustains, and respects the contribution of women in workspaces.
