A Chartered Accountant by profession, Rajrupa graduated from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, and perfected her skills in the Corporate Finance domain at ITC Limited. Here, she played a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, enhancing internal controls across industries, developing robust business systems and managing transformative changes within business functions. Her last role was to steer an organization celebrated for its century-long legacy towards automation and efficiency.

She is dedicated to cultivating an environment that thrives on rich dialogue, mentorship, and collaborative growth. Her vision is to cultivate a more equitable future for women in the corporate world, making it a place where women and allies can thrive and drive positive transformation.

Ahalya has spent the last ~4 years at McKinsey & Company working across functions and industries such as building materials, edtech, tourism, oil & gas and more. Her journey from a backend research analyst to a frontend consultant has been an incredible learning experience that has shown her the value of working in diverse teams. 

She is keen on creating a safe space for conversations about the role of gender and diversity in the workplace as well as creating a network of allies for gender equiy. Through WiB, she aims to make every member believe in the value of gender representation and diversity.
